There are plenty of payment processors out there, but not many of them accept Monero. You can check these ones but do your own research before using them, they both seem to offer an API just like you want.

I would be a little more careful with recommending Cryptomus payment gateway, they obviously have a strange restrictive business policy, to say the least. A scam accusation was opened against them, unfortunately, the newbie did not provide more specific details, but certainly, the payment gateway should not withhold the user's money[1] https://nowpayments.io/supported-coins/monero-payments

what if i want to accept eth? out of all the coins i settled for btc ltc xmr and eth
im not to keen on self hosted. i don't want to run a full node. just those 4 coins would consume a lot of resources.
i don't mind third party. i would withdraw my payments daily.

Not sure if anything has changed since then.
As I have mentioned above, if you want to accept Monero, you're a bit limited to the services you can use.

Other than BitPay what is the top API service to accept BTC, LTC, XMR, and ETH payments? I want to completely integrate it in my website without the user ever leaving my website. Just need to generate an address and display the amount to the user. It must very reliable and fast.
I currently use Plisio.net but sometimes it just takes too long to generate the addresses especially for XMR.
Can you tell us more about your website? What CMS do you use? I personally use WordPress + Woocommerce and I have installed the BTCPay Server woocommerce plugin on my website. I enjoy BTCPay Server, the plugin works amazingly well, it's open-source and most importantly I don't depend on payment gateways like Coinbase and Bitpay. I am my own bank on my website.I currently use Plisio.net but sometimes it just takes too long to generate the addresses especially for XMR.
If you want to accept XMR too, BTCPay Server is the best choice. If you want a more user-oriented service, to automatically convert coins into cash and withdraw to your bank account, coinbase is a good option.
You can try ShKeeper. It is a self-hosted and open-source cryptocurrency payment processor.
We almost used this before - we already started to develop and around 50% when we started to integrate from DevOps side, the cost of it when you want to self host it is too expensive for us that's why we didn't proceed on it.

BitPay shouldn't even mentioned as option, it's cancer of this market.

Hands down best alternative for Bitpay is BTCpayserver, it is self-hosted, open-source, no fees and no third parties.They officially support Bitcoin, but there are many contributions for other altcoins including monero, litecoin, dogecoin, etc.
