Yup, been running calculations everyday.  WhatToMine helps with the current GPU calculations/vs cost but they don’t lost any of the older gpus.  Like nvidias 9 series.  So far 1050 ti have seem to be the best bang for the buck making for quicker ROI.  But even those are becoming hard to find at decent price/hash compared to the 1060/70/80.

My vote with new GPU's is for RX 570 4GB cards. The problem is they've gone up ~25% over the last month and are currently hard to find at a decent price. Best chance is to sign-up for auto notify stock alerts on the retailer websites or monitor nowinstock.net. For used GPU's I would go with HD 78XX/79XX 2GB GPU's which you can find on eBay or Craigslist for $100>.

Which GPU is the best bang for the buck?  Also, who has them?

This largely depends on prices and availability in your area, so you're best off calculating it out for yourself.

Just keep in mind the price/performance of the entire rig, since you'll be tasking the GPU(s) with paying off the entire system, including components that do not contribute directly to your hashrate (and thus revenue stream).
