I've been building a list of US-accepting crypto casinos for a while now, feel free to use it. It takes some research though, reading through T&C's and trying out VPNs.
From what I've tried, you don't need a VPN to access any of the casinos listed there.
Aside from T&C reading best if you will try to contact the support also for formality and more accurate answer in case they have a sooner plan to change their stand regarding their accepted players.
sometimes the T&C does not updated and the changes had been on the way when we have checked it.
but thanks for the share and checking the sites listed it looks like they are legit though only 2 that i have tried to play so far.

i have previous play at betcoin they accepted use of VPN they paid but betcoin no longer accepted USA player even with VPN.

Can anyone tell me what other legit bitcoin casino that pay fast and safe  thx

As they have already told you before, you must read the terms and conditions when you register, I know it is somewhat cumbersome to read them, but in the case of players in the USA it is necessary to do so. However, if there is no problem, it should be noted that it would be excellent before making a deposit to present your case to the platform's support team to see how they can help you, it may be necessary at times that they require the KYC requirement for possible opportunity. , it can happen, anyway is my advice.

So it is important to read T&C before setting up an account on any gambling website to prepare yourself in advance.

Especially the part of:

- using VPN
...

I was thinking about this today! VPN is like in a gray area, I didn't use it before, I started when I wanted to play Pragmatic slots, and for me the only way to play Pragmatic is VPN!
So, why gray area?! I didn't see any site that officially allows using VPN, we had some discussions here on the forum in some official threads, but I don't remember I saw any concrete answers from casino officials! I searched for a list of crypto casinos that allows VPN, without any results!

If I missed something, please share a crypto casino that allows using VPN, even better if they have that in their ToS! Thanks in advance!

I do not know of a lot of Casinos that actually accepts USA players, but I saw this ==> https://www.onlineunitedstatescasinos.com/casino-deposits/bitcoin/ so I think you should give them at try.

The USA have a lot of Fiat online casinos that are now accepting Crypto currencies, but you have to jump through a lot of KYC/AML verification to join there. My sister has two kids working in the USA and they just gamble at Stake.com via a VPN and they just play with Crypto currencies there.  Wink

It's important to read at least the important details in the terms of services so you'll know the do's and don't of a certain casino site. There are casino sites that allow using VPN and there are also sites that usually ban their players because it's against their rule. If it isn't clearly included in their TOS, you can ask their support directly about your concern.

In this case, I highly recommend that if you use VPN, that it be a VPN that you pay for, because there are many who are grtuitos that do not do the job but instead of VPN are proxies, and that does bring problems because they can block you.

It's a bit risky using VPN on any site because you are indirectly exposing your essential files and you are likely giving hackers a direct opportunity to penetrate your device without security hedge. But I don't think I have any idea about any Bitcoin casino based in the US but you can still do your own research and make good findings so you take responsibility for your losses
Added on that is Most of the gambling sites don't really allow players using VPN because they can hide their personality and can create multiple accounts in which really prohibited in all casino's.
in which the reason of many banning and freezing from this act.
I believe you could ask their supports if they are allowing it. I've been using VPN to access my favorite provider's games very much. I used VPN on Duelbits and Roobet as they allowed it on their contests here.
If you found a casino, be sure to read their T&Cs then asked to their supports regarding the matter.
That is the best action to do, asking them directly instead of just reading the TOS that sometimes we are missing something.
But asking their support and keeping the answer on your side will make you play safer in the end.

I'm curious too which gambling sites that allows users to use VPN, most of the gambling sites doesn't allow users to use VPN due to their terms and condition under their license. I tried to ask Bitsler before if I'm allowed to use VPN and they allow me to use it.
I have never read the terms and conditions of the gambling site where I usually play and I use a VPN to access the site because of restrictions imposed by the internet provider I use. I have been using it for a long time, deposits and withdrawals went smoothly with no problems at all.
The truth is that casinos don't give a damn about where the player comes from as long as he is losing. The problem starts when either the player has won something huge or he tries to cheat the casino in some ways. I am part of a big telegram group where sports bettors talk and I saw a pattern recently, players who were trying to do things like arbitrage were asked for KYC while others who bet bigger than them and are from the same country, were never asked for anything at all because they were losing.

As long as the casino/sportsbook is making money from you, they will have no problem letting you play even from mars but once you try and find a winning formula or get too lucky, there will be problems all around you.

Then don't be surprised when a gambling site freezes your account when you won a jackpot or trying to withdraw a huge amount of money then ask you to verify your real identity and if it does not match with your login credentials then you may face issues. It is very important to read terms and conditions before clicking agreeing to it or else ou will be one of the victim to lose money from your site which even can be your deposit amount.

Most of the issue about the account freeze recently was due to abuse of a promotion. Many user abuse it by using multiple account to claim bonus that's why they always have a conflict when they withdraw there money. It's not wrong to use VPN when you are using it for privacy for purposes and not to dodge country restrictions. That time ToS will gonna impose on the account. But if you don't have a shady activities on your account, there's no need to worry about account freeze.

Here at this point, I am very happy that you have not had problems with respect to withdrawals, deposits from anywhere, even if VPN is used, I do not think they will be thrown back, the problems come when it comes to prohibited countries and with use VPN that in fact in many occasions they do not make the correct use and what they have is a proxy, in that instance many players have had problems, or they usually put them on a special list, for this type of thing I always recommend using a VPN that It is paid, and as for the terms and conditions if it is necessary that you read them before accepting them, even if they are very long, because as they have already told you, many problems can occur, and the least you want is to have a profit and that You cannot withdraw your winnings, that has happened to many, and they are rejected by KYC, as they have previously told you, it is preferable that you take these forecasts so that you continue having fun in a safer way.

So it is important to read T&C before setting up an account on any gambling website to prepare yourself in advance.

Especially the part of:

- using VPN
- supported countries
- restricted regions
- KYC

These are sometimes the reasons why users got banned or restricted from a gambling site especially that restricted regions as they should put that noticed right at the registration but sometimes users from restricted regions, using the IP there can still pass the registration. And much better if they totally removed the access of the site at those regions.

Gambling websites will not block your fund with the excuse of different rules as long as you are in big profit. So it is important to read T&C before setting up an account on any gambling website to prepare yourself in advance. Because you have a chance to win the big amount at any time, and then it will be a difficult situation for you. Most of gambling websites then require verification, and then if you are not among the countries that support that website, you will have problems with verification they will reject your kyc request. So it is better to know the rules in advance.

but if you feel you can't access it in peace, use a gambling site that accepts services for the US and surrounding areas, such as Bitcasino, cloudbet, stakes, etc. there are at least nearly 10 to 15 gambling sites that are still open to US citizens.
These sites you mentioned doesn't accept any gamblers from the USA. I still remember that old case on Cloudbet where they nearly forfeited the winnings of their player due to using a VPN.

Pmalek also made an interesting thread on casinos that blocks specific countries.

Betfury and BC.Games! There's a sportsbook at Betfury, other than that both casinos have a nice selection of games, in-house and third-party providers (slots, table games, etc...). I am using VPN when I wish to play some providers that are not allowed in my country, so not all the time.. and I never had any problems, with cashing out or anything!
By the way, when I turn on VPN I use Germany, and it's how I can play Pragmatic, Play'n'Go, and some others! It works fine, it can be slow from time to time, but just for a few seconds!

use a VPN and you will know the risks when detected, even though on the gambling site you feel safe using a VPN with free services but need to be careful, if you can use a paid VPN so that it minimizes data theft from free services that are easily accessed automatically.

Actually it depends on the quality of the VPN used, if previously it worked then something is wrong with the VPN you are using.
I'm not a USA player but I often play casino on several Gambling sites like Sportsbet and I play so smoothly there. It's just that when I use a USA VPN it's instantly restricted.

so you are not playing in your scam site advertising? that 1xbit site is paying you but you are promoting Stake.com? wish your boss learn about this .
Why, What's wrong with not playing on a gambling site you are advertising? Has it become a mandatory to play on the gambling site that you are advertising? The OP asked for recommendation and BIN-BIN recommended one.

What bitterguy28 wrote you understood the opposite. He criticizes BIN-BIN that he advertising a different casino than the one that pays him for the ad in his signature. Or maybe I understood it the other way around .. Doesn't matter.

@bitterguy28 - the answer is very simple: BIN-BIN can not recommend 1xBit casino in this thread, because is restricted for US residents.

Here I found a short list of casinos that are said to accept US residents and some of them with option of crypto deposits, but of course I recommend that you be very careful and do a thorough ToS check:

You can find many Bitcoin casinos here that are legit and always pays to their players until and unless you violate any rule.
Though i am not sure about the region thing, but i guess some casinos do allow players from USA.
I can list you some good and reputable casinos, but it’s always better before depositing that you ask their support team about the region issue.
You can try Stake, Bitsler, and Nitrogensports .
These are some of the best casinos with good reputation and good support staff.
Wish you best of luck OP, with your Gambling career.

@OP as much as you can, if there's a casino that you've found and you're still wanting to use VPN, you better read their FAQ first if they're allowing players anywhere in the world to use VPN. That can trigger them to flag your account even if they're allowing US players to gamble but if using VPN is against their TOS, you'll face a problem upon withdrawal.

I think the best to do when it comes to US gambling regulations one need carry out a personal detailed read of the term and conditions of the site with or without the use of a VPN. For dice games or slots, the best place for USA players goes is stake because of its fair restrictions policy.
majority of the gambling sites don't allow their players to use VPN for their own safeties because VPN users can hide their IP's and can easily create multiple accounts in which prohibited by gambling sites .

Best to be truthful , just play in sites that allows everything that mentioned.

I'm just writing a review of Adrenaline casino, who doesn't restrict any country from playing specifically and it allows the use of VPN. They only state in their terms that "The Casino accepts players only from those countries and geographic regions where online gambling is allowed by law."

But all casinos have that and since US doesn't have any restrictions that would apply strictly to 'crypto gambling', feel free to understand that in any way you prefer  Smiley

They can suggest many sites, but it should be noted that you can enter a special case, that is, at the time of registration you not only have to read the terms and conditions well, but it is also necessary that once you have made the registration You can contact the support of the site presenting your case to see if it goes into review and they can reach a possible agreement.

If you are an active player, they may give you opportunities, some of them may be demanding KYC or similar, and that depends on the conditions of the site, but I think that for everything there are very good solutions respecting the legal.

Try to gamble on the casino provided by the members on this thread and try to avoid using VPN facility as some legit casinos are also operational in USA and accepts crypto like bitcoin and provides security and quick withdrawal process like Betway and check the links provided above. Please try to be compatible with T&C first of all then deposit your funds there. Most important you will find similar games on them which you like to play on slots also.
Without vpn there's not a lot of options for OP and usually the ones that accept players from the US require some form of KYC so that's probably no good for OP since he mentioned that he wanted something similar to betcoin.

Have observed several posters recommending VPNs in order to access some popular crypto gambling sites like Stake etc and some others advising to steer clear of them. This is a tricky problem to be honest.
Same, I even saw popular streamers from the USA use Stake and Duelbits like it's their regular gambling site.

Hi,
What do you like to play?
Many people always ask for casinos, but they only play dice, Slots, etc. on crypto casinos the offer is so varied that there are even fiat casinos that accept bitcoin and operate under the laws of the United States.

e.g. There are several poker casinos that support bitcoin and fiat. There are also the decentralized ones but even with them it is problematic because some Slots do not accept certain countries.

The best "legal" casino for your country is one that you have verified yourself.

VPN: Read ToS and go to the casino support.

I wouldn't recommend Sportsbet.io to the OP. Sportsbet doesn't allow players from the United States to gamble on their platform according to their TOS.

Quote
"For various legal or commercial reasons, we do not permit accounts to be opened or used by customers resident in certain jurisdictions, including the United States of America (and her dependencies"...

Using a VPN could work, but why do that? They have the right to confiscate your money if you are consciously breaking their rules.

https://www.gamblingsites.com/cryptocurrency/sites/us/ here are some more crypto gambling sites from the USA so obviously which will accept their native residents but none of the casinos looks familiar as a bitcointalk user so try at your own risk after doing enough research on their legitimacy.

You can see 1xbit while googling for it but its highly unreputed crypto sites and most people lost their deposit which are still unresolved by them so never deposit any amount there.

Also allows everything in the united states bitcoin casino in the united states is a proven fair casino that has a wide variety of games not all of which reveal their names so no player identification is required given round the clock customer support and enticing bonuses and promotions players are simply forced to spend cool time at bitcoin casino. 100% up to 1 BTC lots of games big bonuses instant transactions reliable customer support.

I'd recommend checking out Sportsbet.io depending on the type of bet you want to play. They have sports, esports and a pretty big casino. I've played with them using a VPN before but there is always going to be a slight risk that any online casino will ask for KYC information and they might seize your winnings based on your documentation. You're best off trying to find a casino within your country (if not the USA) and that way it is less likely to cause problems down the line. If you give an idea of where you are - like Asia, Europe, Africa, etc. then it might help narrow down the options available to you.

Hi
First of all you should choose one from the above mentioned there are plenty but one thing that I wanted to tell you us, whatever you mentioned *fast* *with VPN* etc.. all these things are like red flags. First step of choosing a good casino is trust and these things are there for your safety therefore I do believe that you should not hurry and at the same time understand the reason why such things are there in place. Other than that you can find plenty of casinos willing to accept US players, better to see which ones are bring used by people locally.

Most of the time I use a little tricky way to have gained access, I use foreign friends to register, or sometimes I use VPS to register, and then after completing successful registration I use VPN to play.

What would you do if they locked your account and asked you to verify KYC? Though I am not from the USA but Some casinos are restricted in my country too, I've tried to register some of those casinos via VPN but failed to sign up.

I don't think it's a good habit to try to join a restricted casino. The casinos that offer services in your country are risk-free to use for you, you can register by using VPS service but keep in mind you will fail to provide KYC data if they locked your funds and ask for verification.

Vave.com - Crypto Casino
Most of the gambling site I've used with the help of VPN. It's true that most of the gambling site are frequently restricted from USA.
you can see this list to know about active IP Ban: Which casinos have IP blocks in place for restricted countries?

You know that most of the gambling platforms are not allow you to play or even to register on their platform if you are a citizen from the USA. they also prevent you to register on their platform by using VPN too. Even though you can't register by using VPN but they allow you to play by using VPN.
Most of the time I use a little tricky way to have gained access, I use foreign friends to register, or sometimes I use VPS to register, and then after completing successful registration I use VPN to play.

Not any financial advice this is my personal experience, I believe they will never make any problem if you use these tricks until you break their TOS or you do any referral/promo abuse.

No God or Kings, only BITCOIN.
I suggest to OP to try the casinos from this list too: https://www.onlineunitedstatescasinos.com/casino-deposits/bitcoin/ seems like Las Atlantis is a good choice though I haven't played on that casino before. Just try it and see if it's a good choice then or if it has a good traffic.

Can anyone tell me what other legit bitcoin casino that pay fast and safe  thx
Because I'm not native to the United States, that's why we can discuss this forum, especially about gambling, For this reason, the information below might help you to find an illegal gambling site that is friendly to Bitcoin in America.

https://www.legalbettingonline.com/bitcoin/

There are several casinos listed as below.

Who knows it can help solve the problem you are facing.

so you are not playing in your scam site advertising? that 1xbit site is paying you but you are promoting Stake.com? wish your boss learn about this .
Why, What's wrong with not playing on a gambling site you are advertising? Has it become a mandatory to play on the gambling site that you are advertising? The OP asked for recommendation and BIN-BIN recommended one.

Just check each sites TOS so you can choose specifically before playing, there are even other site that offers accepting USA players but when you starts withdrawal then you'll be in trouble after.
You should try to carry out your research on this subject because so many bitcoin online casino restricts the US citizens you can easily find out when you read the teams and conditions on the platform before playing on them. One of the many casinos I enjoy playing on is stake but have not fully read their terms to see if US citizens can play there without a VPN.

Nitrogensports accepts players from the USA, they're not the best and doesn't pay out that fast (my last payout took like an hour) in comparison to other casinos but they're legit enough. Just be cautious when using vpn on their site since they can freeze your account.

Stake doesn't allow players from the USA but i've heard others saying they're able to use vpn with no issues so that's another option worth considering if you're still not convinced with the casinos they've suggested above.

The problem with crypto casinos is that the majority of them are licensed in Curacao, and the Curacao e-gaming license doesn't allow players from several countries by default. Among these, you will usually find France, Netherlands, and the USA with all its territories.

I found these two articles that mention bitcoin casinos for US players, have a look:
https://www.onlineunitedstatescasinos.com/casino-deposits/bitcoin/
https://99bitcoins.com/best-bitcoin-casino/#CasinosavailableforUSplayers

Before depositing any money, I suggest you check out their reputation first. To be honest, the names on the lists are unknown to me. Even if the sites mention that they accept US players, speak with the customer support first to see if you are allowed to play there and if you can use your VPN.

Duelbits - $100k Bonus/week
I suggest you to always read the TERMS OF USE and the FAQ on the site or have a proper research if you want to know regarding that matter to avoid the possible problems in the future and don't rely upon other's information because they will I guess sometimes giving an inaccurate answer.
