Use diversified ad networks, don't just choose one. Everyone needs are different and audience are much more different for every network, So choose some networks and advertise in them, continue with the profitable ad networks in future.
Do your research, never rely on a single network to get results. No one can exactly say which ad network is good for your campaign. Search for other networks too which doesn't accept bitcoin, Sometimes you may get good results there.

I saw that but it's a year old. Theirs a few a saw months ago I don't see on that list
I have been looking like crazy to find a reliable, converting PPC ad network. Anyone use any good PPC and CPM advertising networks who accept bitcoin? I'm a advertiser and I'm looking for other advertisers and who they like and trust. I'm going to be advertising Forex Robot related products. Not sure which network is better for that
