I've been using Exodus which is really nicely designed, enables some trading through shapeshift and handles a number of coins. http://www.exodus.io/

Use Segwit enabled services and wallets to get better fees. There are no disadvantages of using Segwit, instead it is better for the network overall. You help the bitcoin network by reducing congestion when you use Segwit-enabled services.

Use a online exchange if your only using a small amount of coins. No fee to withdraw from the ones I know of like gdax. They may have a minimum withdraw amount though, I'm not sure.

Please share with me a bitcoin wallet with low to no fees. Currently I'm using BTC.com and it's one of the worse out there. The fees are more than the actual transfer. I am having a bad time to even buy anything from anyone cause It's not working well because of high transaction fees.

Do you mean online wallets or desktop wallets? As far as I know, no online wallet presently offers you an opportunity of sending transactions free of charge. So if you want such transactions, you should probably use desktop wallets which allow you to adjust the transaction fee manually, as you see fit.

Wallet do no define fees. Fees is set by blockchain. If you do not give fees your transaction will not confirm. The fees is very high for BTC currently because the price is high. IOTA is free. Litecoin is fast n cheap.

Hey there. To answer your question honestly... There is no such wallet. Look at the memepool here: https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/#delay

If your TX doesn't have the right fees it may take days to weeks to confirm.

On Electrum you can set the fees on your own. But be aware that transaction fees are quite high right now, no matter the wallet you use.

i don't know what is the best, but so far the better wallets that i ever heard are Electrum and Trezor,
no fees ?
about this 100% about this one,you will never find it because when you try to send your coin,
you need a fee to process it,and without fee ? your transaction will never be processed.
no matter what wallet it will be,none of them will offer you that service or function.

many exchanger recommend you a 'high fee' because they don't want their costumer complaint about their services,
and if you use a 'lower fee' [below average trx fee] more likely you will get it in more than a day,
the higher your trx fees the faster your transaction will be,
check this table about fees and times :

Note :
1.Choose the green one if you want your trx will be sent faster [Prioritize]

Well I think non of the wallets will charge fee such as this one

I am paying 2.10 USD as fee and Sending just 0.13 USD.
