contact their support and if your problem is solvable they may solve it for you. and as other have suggested cex.io is the best place you can find.
but there is no place you can get verified right away cause these things take time.

you should tell the name of your country so that we can suggest you an exchange site which offers exchange for your country. btw, try cex.io because it is a very reputable site running from a couple of years now and i have also used that site personally. you can try and see if it supports your country. good luck.

For debit card deposits I would recommend you go check 247exchange or cex.io. Those are the only two exchanges that I am aware of that are accepting debit cards and credit cards.

If you find them not to your liking then I would suggest localbitcoins.com. But make sure you only deal with verified sellers. You will have to deal with cash, not your debit card.
