Here's what options you would have :
Buy bitcoins and sell them in person (if you want direct $$$)
Transfer to any bank accounts from MtGox, or from CaVirtex which I prefer.
I don't really see how you could skip the bank account step except by selling in person. Maybe someone has something to add but that's about it.

What's the easiest method of cashing out if in selling some coins on mtgox or any other exchange? I'm looking for small amounts, anonymous or not isn't a problem but I don't want funds transferred to my bank account, rather cash.
