If I'm just checking in to check the bitcoin price I often use bitcoin wisdom or bfnx data. But if you want charts from other altcoins on different exchanges I recommend signing up on tradingview.com.

http://tradingview.com is pretty sweet

I just started using this site, it's great except for the constant barrage of "Upgrade to Pro TODAY!" popups.

Thanks for the links guys, been looking for a good (Free!) interactive ETH/USD chart.

I think that http://www.cryptocoincharts.info lists about every altcoin that's traded on about every exchange.
Best to click 'Exchanges' in the menu and then check every pair on that exchange.

Of course coinmarketcap is the go to for alts' general statistics.
For btcusd try bfxdata.com; I used to follow btcusd on bitcoinwisdom, (bitfinex.)
Bfxdata has better tools & a better populated interface.

For ethusd, ethbtc & daobtc i use polo; its most relevant to me!
barely follow anything else right now; back at the time, for a given alt, i followed a combination of coinmarketcap & the exchange i was dealing it at!

if you want dynamic real-time chart you have to visit the exchanger itself not the third parties. and i think coinmarketcap's charts are average of price between multiple exchangers so it can be inaccurate for some altcoins.

since i trade on bittrex i always use their charts, it is pretty good and you can change the interval from minutes to days with many options. also you have option for drawing on the charts and some analysis.

Depends on what you are looking for. I trade on Polo, so I watch the Polo charts. But, thinks happen so fast I feel I can't rely on charts, though they are very helpful, I watch the orders that are filling because you can see a signal in the volume of those orders before a bar is going to show you.

When you want to look at the DAO chart, or Eth chart, or some odd chart that you normally don't look at every day, do you have a go-to spot, exchange, website or other, to reliably find a very good, dynamic real-time chart?

Of course I go to bitcoinwisdom.com and coinmarketcap.com like everyone else, but the former only offers charts on the handful of major currencies, and the latter's charts are terrible, in my view. So where do you go?

Thanks in advance.
