Would recommend https://www.blockonomics.co/, as they have a good infrastructure and all funds are directly credited to your own wallet.

I recommend considering several leading crypto payment gateways for your needs: CryptoProcessing.com, Bitpay, CoinGate, and CoinsPaid. Each offers unique features:

CryptoProcessing.com: Known for its robust security and wide cryptocurrency support.
Bitpay: Esteemed for its user-friendly interface and strong market presence.
CoinGate: Offers a versatile range of services with an emphasis on integration capabilities.
CoinsPaid: Distinguished for its reliable transaction processing and competitive pricing.

These gateways provide secure, efficient, and flexible solutions for businesses looking to incorporate crypto payments.

We tried to ask NowPayments via their live chat, and they said the KYC for some payments is only rare, and it also depends on their AML provider/algorithm. So I'm curious if we will also experience what we experienced in our current payment gateway.
Does this mean they don't handle the KYC, and use a third-party service that uses a black box to guess whether a transaction is suspicious or not? I don't think that sounds reliable. It sounds weird that they don't provide a help page to provide details on what transactions are KYC-able.

Does the merchant or software company have a problem with identity verification? https://coingate.com/ provides you with what you are looking for and you can even create a store account without verifying the identity, but the range is 1000 euros, and if you complete the identity verification, the company can withdraw to the bank account and many features, in addition to accepting all the cryptocurrency pairs mentioned above.
We have already experienced Coingate and unfortunately, it's not good for us as you can see they have restrictions, especially in countries, they have a list of countries that only support, it's not for us.

Maybe someone out there working or working closely with these payment gateways can suggest.

EDIT 2: We saw the list of altcoins supported by BTCPayServer and it does not satisfy what we need.

Why not tell us what exactly you looking for and what things in BTCpayserver that not satisfy you?
You can actually add more coins you want in BTCpayserver not just the listed altcoin on that page but you can add other coins too.

Check this link https://docs.btcpayserver.org/Development/Altcoins/#how-to-add-an-altcoin
The major crypto currency that is being used by our customers is first: layer-2 USDT, Tron USDT, and mainnet.
Ethereum, Bitcoin, Litecoin, BNB,

Did you look at https://payscrypt.com/ ?
Without knowing what coins you want / need it's tough.

You also did not mention if you were converting to fiat. Having that makes non KYC very difficult.

I can't access payscrypt, it seems already down: https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/payscrypt.com?proto=https

We don't find any problem with converting to fiat, what we only problem is our customers being asked for KYC or blocking payments.

BTCPayServer is on our shortlist but the problem is it is only for Bitcoin. Also, we noticed in our current payment processor, that most of the payments are in altcoins. So we could lose some customers, especially since our payments are starting from 1 digit $.

For Bitcoin only, yes I can agree to use BTCPayServer. But what we need is a payment processor that can accept multiple cryptocurrencies and don't require any of our customers to undergo to KYC or hold some funds.

EDIT: It seems BTCPayServer do support altcoins: https://docs.btcpayserver.org/Development/Altcoins/

There are lots of options but since you are looking for the best then based on my experienced BTCpayserver and blockonomics are the best option.

Blockonomics supports 3 coins and it is hosted but BTCpayserver is self/hosted and it supports more coins.

1. PayPal
Does PayPal even accept crypto payments already? Lol.

I can't seem to find any information if the PayPal payment gateway has the option to accept Crypto.

If you want an easy and ready to go payment processor with the use of api in your site's cart page i'll go in bitpay and coinbase commerce, but you should consider that they ask KYC like your business details and docs. On the other hand btcpayserver is good too as they have already api integration[1], much easier and cheaper than hosting it on your own. But take note it's only for bitcoin payments unlike the other two which has multiple coins for payments.

If you're planning on being fully compliant with the government(taxes and stuff) and you want things to just be seamless and work as intended, then I'd go for either Coinbase Commerce or BitPay.

I think you have to ignore payment gateways that ask for KYC verification for your customers. We often use cryptocurrency to protect our privacy when we don't want to share our personal documents. But when customers ask to verify KYC to make payment, they won't make payment through cryptocurrency on your site. So I think BTCPayserver would help you. There is also an altcoin payment option. Customers don't need verification, and you will have full control over the funds.

Anyone can suggest the best replacement or some actions to take? It would be helpful.

When picking a payment processor, ya gotta weigh the good and bad of each option to find the one that works for your biz.  I'd say if you setup your own self-hosted payment processor, like that BTCPay Server, you drive the ship.  And no one can mess with your payments or add crazy fees.  You make the rules and  now that ain't always easy taking things into your own hands.  You gotta put in the effort upfront.  But you get freedom in the long run - no middlemen mucking things up.  At least thats been my experience.  Maybe do some digging, see if going rogue with self-hosted makes sense or if you wanna use a turnkey solution.

Need more info, there really is no one size fits all answer.

Kind of like 'I need a car'

Do you need a small city car? Or a full sized on to take 4 kids to school and other places? Large pickup truck to go to work sites? Something cheap and almost dead just to drive a couple of miles at most to and from a train station.

Take a look here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/list-bitcoin-payment-processors-5444578

I hope you never forget the fact that all the payment gateway system are centralized and if you're making a privacy considerations as well then you need to give it a second thought, i have a list of few here but I've not tested them before, though they are believed to be reliable because of their global standard and recognition, here they are.

1. PayPal
2. BitPay
3. Coinbase commerce
4. B2BinPay
5. NowPayment.

Hello everyone.
We have a Software As a Service(SAAS) company and we offer a cryptocurrency mode of payment to our customers.

We currently have an existing payment gateway but suddenly they have this issue about holding some of the transactions from our customers they want to ask our customers to undergo some KYC process and some of our customers don't want it.

So right now, we started to find a replacement for our existing payment gateway.

I can't mention the name of this payment gateway we are using.

Anyone can suggest the best replacement or some actions to take? It would be helpful.
