there're a lot of exchanger out there and as far as i know from a twenty [approximately] exchanger only 20% from all of them are regulated under law,
i don't know which one is the best one because i never encounter a 'safe' exchanger so far,
there're good as an exchanger and not good as a safe keeper,
from those many exchanger out there every one of those exchanger have a problem,
for example i used to be the one who's doing my daily trading on poloniex,but in these days they're doing a shady activity such as freezing a costumer account,withdrawal issue and others.in my opinion it's the best exchanger back then,but after a few months later it became the worst (in my opinion).
just choose it by yourself,and more importantly choose the nearest one from your place,
because some people complained about their verification issue and something like that.
and i believe they're selectively did that

Hey y'all!Just wondered, since I'm new to decentralization, and I've come to the understanding that it's a lot safer - what with the FBI/impending doom - for non-decentralized and unregulated exchanges... what were the recommended best of the bunch for these decentralized exchanges?
