Regardless if their escrow service is free or not ALL of them in the list are good and nice or else they will not be in that list escrow

I don't think escrows sites are more reliable than those user escrows.
sites = invest some money for the site development then pay some people to vouch for you then suddenly the site is the most reputable escrow service.
users = do numerous trade in public (or pm) with bunch of other people that have been on bitcointalk for years. then you'll be considered reliable.
you're free to use off-bcttalk (as DiscoverCebu said it) if you want though.
