There are many exchange sites to buy BTC, but I don't know what exchange sites are the best for you, but you can use the volume, the higher the volume more people use it.

You see the lists of top-ranked exchange site here check this link https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin/#markets

Binance is the top #1 ranked on the list in coinmarketcap so this is the best exchange site that I think you can use for now and the other top 10 is also a good option.

Yeah binance is the one. For trading cryptos, it is now become the best exchange. They have managed to pull it off and are still doing a great job. Don't know when they will bring in the KYC nonsense, but if they do, well all of us are fucked.

But just in case, if you want to buy bitcoins with dollars/your native currency, localbitcoins.com should be the one. Be careful, people are scamming there too. And for the love of god, don't use PayPal over there.
Another exchange that I would recommend would be shapeshift. Even though you may be getting around 2-3% worse than market spot prices for your coins, I think that amount is worth the convenience and the peace of mind.
I love shapeshift, haven't traded there in a while but I was told that it got fucked up after the whole GDPR thing. Is bittrex still blocking accounts, I still have some money there.

I found out that Kucoin is good but still not satisfied. I need a new exchange because Kucoin always delaying some trading coins. Anyone can help me out. What do you think is the best exchange to choose?

I'm guessing that what you need is an alt coin exchange because you had problems with Kucoin.

Binance is obviously the one to go with, here. You get 2 BTC unverified per day worth of withdrawals which is similar to what Kucoin offers to unverified traders. If you are able to be verified, then even better, although that is obviously not required.

Another exchange that I would recommend would be shapeshift. Even though you may be getting around 2-3% worse than market spot prices for your coins, I think that amount is worth the convenience and the peace of mind.

I don't think there is much difference between exchanges these days. They are all obliged according to the law to KYC and anti money laundering and terrorism financing. And if you don't want to mess with some shady business you can't avoid that.
Also, there is no big and significant price difference that would mean much to you unless you are professional trader.
And if you want to buy Bitcoins in your local currency the best would be to look for some physical exchanges that might be near you. Recently one of those has opened in my country.

Do you want to buy bitcoin with fiat or you are talking about exchange to trade altcoins because from what I know kucoin doesn't have any fiat pairs other than tether pairs which is not a real fiat.

Kucoin will also be forcing KYC very soon so its better to not put all you have there. What I find best till now is binance, use them they have nice support and till now not big problem.

But if you really want to buy some bitcoin with your local fiat than you should check for local exchange in your country or check exchange platforms like coinbase, bitpanda etc whether they support your country or not.
Just basing on the topic title  Best Exchange to Buy BTC then he do definitely mean about buying which I gotta say the same thing that kucoin doesn't have any fiat we can see it here https://www.kucoin.com/#/markets on USDT tab which same as you said I don't even treat it as a real fiat  Grin
There are lots of options but first step on op, he should seek out for local exchange based on his location if he cant find up then try localbitcoins.

Better try LBC if he want to buy the bitcoin with fiat which is available in most of the countries and also can find the more traders and payment options with safe escrows. And coinbase can be an option but still not available in all countries.
