I personally use two ways to cash out:
1) Kraken
2) Localbitcoins

I have used and agree with Coinbase. I don't know if there are issues with large amounts, I have only done very small transactions.
CoinBase is the best option for the US, like other people said. IDK about other countries though.
Coinbase for now for US, still waiting on better options to prove themselves. Robinhood might be a contender soon.
