bitcoin.de works for Euro deposits and payouts
Can take time to trade a larger position though as liquidity can be a little variable

I'm using kraken. You don't need to verify until a certain amount. That amounts are high enough for me.

Usually, they have bitcoin prices higher than bitstamp, so more profit to the seller.

They are italian, even if they work mainly with a Bank from Malta.

You can also use justcoin.com
Compare what is the one with better prices to sell.

I have been researching this myself and it looks like the top 3 choices are 1) Bitstamp 2) Kraken 3) Justcoin.

i'm doing some search too after reading your thread...

for EUR seems kraken the best choise.... i mean for daily volume.

Avoid Virwox as you will lose a substantial amount while exchanging if you do orders directly to market price. I'd suggest you use Bitstamp if you are ok with receiving a sepa transfer.
