Hello I have used so many exchanges likes IDEX, etherdelta, qrypto, yobit and some other exchanges as well. What do you think is the best. I use qrypto most.

Definitely Binance right now, their support is probably above average right now, and there's a lot of people using them and jumping ship from other exchanges due to the fact that they are one of the better exchanges out there. As magneto said, it's just a nice balance for sure.

Binance's BTC and altcoin withdrawal fees consistently rank among the cheapest available, as well.

You can't really say that an exchange is best just because a certain crypto's withdrawal fees are the best available though, because not only do withdrawal fees differ within an exchange depending on the crypto you are withdrawing, you're not considering the security of your funds at all.

Check out this thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/exchange-withdrawal-fee-comparison-3690816, it's got a nice table.

It's probably not the best idea to judge an exchange solely based on its fees. e.g. Yobit may have lower fees than another more trusted exchange, but you would probably use the trusted exchange for the sake of convenience and security.

I'd agree with BitHodler, Binance seems to be the best exchange for now, if you aren't willing to verify yourself and you're simply trading with smaller amounts. It's got a nice balance between security, convenience, anonymity, and fees. You might find that if you are wiling to get verified, there are certain exchanges with lower fees, although probably not that much lower. Won't make much of a difference if you're trading small amounts anyways.

Whatever you do, avoid Yobit. If you're still using it, please stop using it.

Each person will tell you his experience, which may be entirely different from what you will face but the excellent platform depends on your country.
I think you have a good experience "you used four platforms before." From my personal experience, I prefer Poloneix than qrypto.
If your country supports, it’s better to use Binance

I just want to add bittrex, I have long used that exchange and have no serious problems there. Both of the above have said the right thing. I just want to advise you not to look in low fees, because security and convenience should take precedence in choosing an exchange. A slightly higher fees will not be a problem if we get good service.

Just like the user above me stated, I will also go for Binance too if I were you. I have been using them and I must say that they are serving it purpose. What you should be looking for its, an exchange with an excellent support unit, has a good review, has a good interface and easy to use and navigate. And also,  I don't know what amount you might regard as 'minimum' but to me, their minimum fee is okay for me.

Binance is the best possible exchange today for altcoin traders, and their fees are very reasonable as well. I must however add that an exchange shouldn't be used based on how low its fees are.

What's the point of using low fee exchanges when they absolutely suck in every aspect? Binance managed to grow this big because of how other exchanges didn't manage to offer a similar experience.

The only thing (actually a good thing in my opinion) with Binance is that they aren't adding just random shitcoins like what other altcoin exchanges are doing. It means less broken wallets and maintenance rubbish.
