What are best exchanges for bootstrapping a coin?

If you have personal experience and expertise with listing a coin on various exchanges, please share your knowledge here. If you don't want to go public with this information and think it is something which should be paid for, no problem with that. Just shoot me a pm and we will discuss the terms in private

More specifically, the question is about listing Inocoin. Right now it is listed on the following exchanges (markets):

https://exrates.me/dashboard?currencyPair=INO/BTC
https://exrates.me/dashboard?currencyPair=INO/ETH
https://exrates.me/dashboard?currencyPair=INO/USD
https://token.store/trade/INO
https://forkdelta.app/trade/INO-ETH

And it is already listed on CMC too:

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/ino-coin/#charts

Please share your opinions about exchanges with an emphasis on listing a coin there, how much time and effort it took, how much you had to pay for it (if anything), which exchanges are most loyal to new coins, and things like these. Any details, intricacies and technicalities are welcome in this topic. If you are in the same boat, i.e. you want to list a coin on an exchange, your opinion and ideas are also very welcome here
