The best faucet sites are Moon Bitcoin, Litecoin and Dogecoin. You can hit them up every 5 minutes if you want to. They are always up and you never have to wonder if they are going to pay or not.

Faucets comes and go, the best option is using a good faucet list or rotator if you prefer... Because if you will claim just from one faucet or faucetgame, you will not earn too much, well, you don't earn too much with faucets nowadays...

Maybe you should try cetobeto and gamefaucet they are both unique with decent rewards and they pay you instantly at your faucetbox,but don't expect to earn much from using one faucet only(unless you have many referrals) it is better to use a rotator or a list like the one Lucius posted above.

It is not good situation with faucets these days,most of them mainly relied on adsense regarding income and since adsense do not like faucets or anything in relation with cryptocurrency they get banned and lost that income.
There are some faucet that still pay decent reward,for example 300 satoshi every 30 minutes is very good reward for such timer.You can find some good faucets on my list which mainly contains faucets that pay instantly to FaucetBOX - www.gameofbitcoins.com

Hard to find faucets wich pay instantly ...
The faucet owner must get some profit to pay the users.
Since Adsense banned all major bitcoin faucets, the owners either close the faucets or introduce a minimum withdrawal limit.
For example I set a withdrwal limit of 100k Satoshis (but this is a decent limit, because you can get 1000 Satoshis every hour, also we have other games wich rewards you good prizes - Satoshi Snake for example give 1000 Satoshi in 24h): https://CoinZone.club
