EVGA has better built than MSI and Gigabyte, 3060s 3070s 3080s and 3090s all have EVGA versions and they are stronger, cooler and well built.

Simple answer, go for the brand who provides more time of warranty  Grin

I had Gigabyte and MSI cards, both brands are good enough to buy, I only recommend you to do some research on models, not the manufacturer, because Gigabyte and MSI had some bad cards
Just an example for both, I remember MSI 3080 trio or suprim, that was limited by TDP and the card never reaches 100mhs, you had to change the bios, so it was a bad card to buy
Gigabyte had issues with some cards on thermal pads didn't touching the dissipation correctly, leaving the memories so hot

So, better research for model, and I say this again because you can have a entry model for gigabyte or a high end MSI, I'll go for the high end one

I guess thats why OP used 3080 and 3090s? Gigabyte and MSI version of these 3080s and 3090s sucks big time, few months of using you have to start battling with high temp, I sold a 3090 a few days ago because of high temp and im not ready to fix it, I use the money to get two RTX 3060ti FHR instead.

I'm not the type that built a mining rig with a single brand like most videos on Youtube, I use different brands that I can lay my hands on as far as its 2060super or others that I want so I can say that MSI is the most sucks out of them all followed by Zotac, they have worst cooling ever, other brands like PNY, Asus, XFX, Galax kick asses.

Based on the comparison you want to make I have 2 Nvidia that are made by MSI being the worst cards I have in terms of performance compared to other brands,I have one RTX 2060 12 GB and one RTX 3060 ti full hash rate non LHR.Both make like 1-2 Mhsh less with the same settings as other brands no matter than these cards have Samsung memory,so naturally the answer is Gigabyte is better for me.

On a personal level i like msi more but all the manufacturers are the same, more or less you have to look at the technical specifications such as the engine clock which can be very different between one manufacturer and another and a good ventilation system , and last but not least the price

Between MSI and Gigabyte which one is better when it comes to GPU? If you want to buy 3080 and 3090 RTX graphic cards which maker is the best or which one will you go for?

In the past i had many problems with the fans from Gigabyte gpus. They cool very well, but they brake after short time mostly. This is my experience with older Gigabyte gpus.
For me it is more important to have a big cooling system, with so many fans as possible for the cheapest price - no matter what manufacturer
