If you are planning to be a trader, then you should be ready to learn and risk your money because trading requires constant learning and practice. If you are practicing, then you are going to be losing money, so before you put your money into trading, the first thing you should do is to accumulate more knowledge about trading and discover the strategy that you will want to be using. Also,  as a beginner trader, make sure you deposit and trade a small amount of money because you might likely be losing money in the process of learning how to trade, so the more you keep on understanding it, the more you can increase the amount you will be trading with.
It is true that when a person starts trading he learns and in the process of learning he loses a good amount of money as happened to me when I started trading some time ago. There was nowhere to get guidelines on trading because I was new and didn't know much, I bought coins during the learning process which caused me a lot of losses, and some of the coins I have lost money in are still with me and I have nothing but the hope that they will all go to profit someday.

So the best thing for newbies is to understand the market well, determine the time to trade and learn well, and learn how to set stop-losses. Also, learn all the nuances that are important to learn in trading and invest your money only after that. Also, like me, they may also face losses and wait for a long time to return the invested money.

Studying trading and continuously practicing will of course be very useful for us when we want to get good results in the trading we do, but we must be patient in every process of learning to trade because in trading we will of course suffer losses due to a lack of understanding about trading and We must correct these mistakes by continuing to learn and try to correct these mistakes so as not to repeat the same mistakes when trading.

Using small capital when first trying to trade will of course be very useful because we will be able to return to trading when we fail at the start because everyone who tries it for the first time will certainly experience losses and with the small capital that we bring of course this It doesn't burden us to try again when we fail on the first try and we must be able to correct this and try again until we become experts in the field of trading.

The best way to learn trading is by doing some basics coursers from YouTube or any other legit website like Udemy etc and then you have to practise those skills at the trading platforms.

Most of the platforms gives demo accounts where you can easily practice your skills but I'll advise you to put some money and then play with your skills. The more money you'll stake the harder you'll try to convert them into profits. In This way you can easily polish your skills.
Yes, YouTube is a good source for us to learn trading because we can see what they do directly, what indicators they use to predict the future. It does take a lot of sacrifice for this job to make a profit there, what you say is true, the more we try, the harder we learn an indicator to make a profit there.

If you are studying bitcoin and crypto trading right now, what others have said is correct: stay long-term holders. Don't be in a hurry to get your earnings here in bitcoin or crypto. Learning to trade is not really easy. I also advise you not to be like those who came before you who studied and only had a little knowledge of trading; they feel they already know everything about trading.

First, invest time, days, fatigue, and patience before you enter the actual trade itself in crypto trading so that you can get a profit. Even if you start with just a small amount of capital, apply the things you learn little by little until you discover for yourself if you can really do it or not.

They don't hurry into crypto trading instead, they start with long-term holdings to see how things go. People that rush into trading to get rich immediately will never succeed in trading. I prefer to invest for the long term than starting trading once without getting enough knowledge on it. Trading requires focus and learning because it is not an easy task like investing that you will not lose your money on it, but trading is a very difficult task you can become rich once and he can make you lose all your funds, that is why many people like advancing some newbies that are trying to start trading without getting knowledge on the trading, because they hear they will be profitable when they trade and they did't knows is not a simple task you need to face many challenges before you start generating profit. You must devote enough time to trading it is not a one or two-month learning experience, but it is dependent on how your brain functions, as some people learn slowly.

Bitcoin is GOD
in learning trading and after we understand it well and also have experience in the field of trading, it will certainly make it easier for us to get profits from the trading we do.

beginners in trading face problems in the process of becoming experienced traders. there is a lot to learn regarding what strategies to use and how to choose coins to trade.
In this process, quite a few beginners end up stopping and deciding not to trade anymore. it's because they are impatient with their learning. they are too hasty to make a profit from their trade. and other factors, they simply don't have the interest to learn better. they trade because they see their friends succeed with trading. found it easy when watching the video tutorial. but they will realize, actually trading really requires hard work to learn it.
That is the problem, they want to trade not because they have a desire to learn more about how this is done, what they want is to make money and trading is just the means they have chosen to achieve their goal.

And it is clear that a person like that, regardless of their knowledge or skill, will not do well in an activity in which they are not really interested, then it is not surprising that the majority of those that begin to trade fail, as they never really had even the most minimal chance to succeed due to their way of thinking.

As a beginner, of course it would be better for them to hold it for a long period of time because they have a slightly lower risk by trading, because to be able to trade requires good knowledge about trading and must really understand well and there are many things we have to prepare. before being able to make a profit from trading, because without having good knowledge it is certainly impossible to make a profit from trading.

Having patience is of course very important in trading because without patience it is certainly difficult for us to properly analyze market conditions to be able to know the right time to trade and start with a little capital to be able to practice the trading skills we have, of course this will really help us. in learning trading and after we understand it well and also have experience in the field of trading, it will certainly make it easier for us to get profits from the trading we do.

If you must know trading requires lot of time and practice provided you won't get distracted along the line since is always seen as quick get rich scheme it very hard for new beginners to exercise patient to read things about trading. Looking up exchange to start or how you would invest your money, it is better you used exchange that is more friendly with your country to avoid much hassle while doing your kyc or better still you may use p2p service to fund your wallet provided you have a reliable wallet such as electrum or hardware wallet to store your funds, for trading it's good to use Binance and Houbi or Kraken exchange.

There are many best guide for trading because we have many books written by different people on trading and they can have their different benefits trading can be done on any centralize exchange with a good step up and if the exchange have very high liquidity meaning you would not have to wait for buyers or sellers before you can trade any enormous sum that you want then the exchange is good for using. Some exchanges do not have enough liquidity and this can cause some challenge for you but for exchange that have very high trading volumes you can use them for trading and you will get a good trading experience. Binance, Houbi, Kraken, Coinbase are some good exchange that you can use for trading using centralized exchanges.

There isn't any specific one thing that could make it easy for people, not saying that it would be impossible to find one that fits you better, but there isn't a single one that would fit all of us all at the same time, it would be different for everyone. There are many sources to read and learn from, which is fine and if you really want to then you can read as much as you want, that way you would be doing a lot better in the end as well.

I think that the best way to move forward would be just realizing that you are not going to end up with anything worse, just realize that things can be quite easy if you know what you are doing. This is why I believe that we need to just consider how to move forward with what we have.

Well, it all started from doing research. What I did before is I searched it on YouTube and bookmarked videos that are very useful to me. I read books as well and I also tried a demo account. All these things help me a lot but learning never stops just there and the sayings are right - experience is the best teacher. So I could say that trading is not easy work for someone who wants to become a trader as it needs patience and money. Exploring the market and analyzing the situation will never take a day to learn, it is a lot of days. Therefore, don't think that we can make money from trading because other people are saying too, better find it by ourselves if we can really do it just like what they did. In fact, it all begins with losing experience that is why a lot of traders stop because they are hopeless and disappointed.

Easily Binance, without even thinking about it for a second. I understand people could have other preferences, just because I like Binance doesn't mean that everyone has to, I could be the only one. But, the point for me is that Binance is preferred by a lot more people than any other place, which means that world mostly agrees with me on this. My reason for Binance isn't because binance is great or something, my reason is because others prefer it, so I prefer it and we keep growing.

If you want to prefer something that less people use than Binance, then that is your own decision and you are free to do that, I am sure it will be fine, Binance has the risk because it's at the top and being attacked for it, but I do not worry about that.

All expert trader are came from newbie but they continue trading and never give up even if they experience lose and now they become expert because of so many bad and good experience from thier trading works, so for me if we don't stop learning or if we just continue we will surely learn on how to trade just don't hurry and you will surely learn, because there is a lot of video tutorial from different social media channels, youtube, facebook, twitter, etc., you can start by looking some video tutorial then get learning.
The concern is that novice traders only see the sweet side of expert traders, so they think that trading is a quick way to get rich. If you think like this, you will definitely regret it later, so cultivating a mindset for beginners is very necessary. and if we take a trading class, the main thing taught is usually psychology, then trading techniques and financial management. and so on is experience in trading, because all of this requires a process
Exactly, we can notice how many influencers in social media are scattered and promoting their services by flexing their luxurious cars, houses, and simple luxurious lives, but in reality, that is just the good side. We all know that those influencers mainly got to that level because they attract many newbie traders that will avail of their services, and by then they are earning from them, but some of those influencers are scams or just copying contents and trading signals to other channels. Notice in Telegeram, that's where most scams lurk. If you join different trading groups in Telegram, you will notice that there will be a channel that has the same and exact details in the signals that they are providing. By then, it will be difficult to distinguish which is the legit group or scam. Anyway, my point is that I felt bad for those newbie traders that got inspired by those scam influencers and will eventually lose money because of the wrong guidance in trading, so wannabe traders should have the traits to become cautious and careful in order to avoid scam groups.

Beginners who don't see the side or process of someone who is an expert in trading to become successful are beginners who never have the feeling of struggling to follow any process. Because they are only interested in seeing the success that experts have achieved without wanting to know what processes these experts have gone through. And I think beginners like that will find it very difficult to develop and become successful through trading, as well as through other things because the main benchmark they see is success, not how to become successful.

wow, so many good information from everyone posts. thanks i will read everyone closely today.

It's easy to invest if you have money to buy an investment. The difficult part is that you don't have any knowledge of trading or an idea of how successful investors actually operate the crypto they buy and hold long- or short-term.

Do you know which investor category you belong to? You must also know what strategy you will use correctly, and there must be a so-called correct analysis that is done when reading the chart on any exchange site platform.

I urge the Op not to be so overwhelmed my forum members complying to his request otherwise he'd be compromised confusingly.
While going the commended good informations from users, do make your research and document are you're convinced because everyone is relating with you via their differential systems of investing and trading. Just bear it in mind so that you'd always know your left and your right.
bettercrypto has said it all. Better for you to understand that kind enthusiast you're and then you study on the formations on protecting your trading or investment interests in order to achieve your aim.

You will surely know if you have enough interest or enough patience to know. First let me tell you the journey you are about to embark on but the journey is not that easy. You have to face many challenges and there you must have enough patience as well as you have to develop a tendency to take risks. If you want to accept these things and move forward, you are welcome here. First you need to know the basics of trading, from how to start and how to choose the right coin.

After knowing these things you must create an account in any one of the exchange and then deposit your money there by depositing and then you have to apply the tutorial.
Apart from these, you should regularly monitor the charts and learn to understand the candles. If you can learn these things carefully then the next stages of trading will be easier for you so focus more on the basics.

Am not a good trader as I even a loser but what I can advise you is to seek Mentor if you wanted
to learn Basic trading lessons as there are lots of them in the internet now , just make sure to never let
them handle the funds for you meaning never give them any single amount aside from the mentorship fee.
because trading in Youtube University is really hard to gather information that will lead you to lose
in the time coming .

And put in mind that you need to learn before earning, don't run fast in making money because there
is a time for that .. focus first in your mentors advise and of course your own research over the internet
as they are all available at time.

YouTube will give you a very go idea into how you go about crypto and trading related things but one thing I know is that the knowledge you get from there may not be wholesome and you may end up making mistakes trying to use the knowledge you got from those videos on YouTube and the procedures you see there because some of them are just snippets to lure you to registering for their mentorship programs and probably purchase some.of their educational materials too, so total reliance and dependence on YouTube lessons for proper knowledge in crypto and trading may not be your best bet

Getting a good mentor who's doing it well and it's evident he or she is doing well trading or investing in crypto is such persons you should pay to get their knowledge and then capitalize on it to get the best out of cryptocurrency and trading, any other thing outside this should be your trying to improve over time on your knowledge you have acquired already. Self development isn't bad tho but it will take longer coupled with too many mistakes.

It seems like he still doesn't have any basic knowledge about bitcoin and the market . So I think he should take the time to learn what bitcoin is, what cryptocurrency is, basic concepts like decentralization , non custodial wallets , centralized exchanges...he shouldn't rush to buy bitcoin or into trading without basic knowledge. If he buys bitcoin now or rushes into trading, it will only make him lose money faster without bringing him any benefit.

OP, there is a lot of beginner material right on the forum that you can find on your own or can easily be found on YouTube channels . You should learn the basics instead of diving into investing or trading .
I think the same as you and that is why he must spend his time to learns more about crypto so he will know what he needs to do. Someone who can learns many things about crypto will have their experiences improves and he can decides what is better for him although he gets many advices from us. He can also learns from this forum and asks many things to experienced members who can teach him about many things. If he can have a will, he will see that its not takes too long to understand what is crypto and else so he can start to buy Bitcoin like other people.

The forum is also a place full of knowledge for those who are eager to learn or OP can learn anywhere, anyone as long as it feels suitable for him and helps him acquire good knowledge.

Many newbies have a hasty investment mindset because they are afraid that the market will increase in price and they will miss the opportunity, but this is a wrong mindset. Bitcoin and cryptocurrency are a financial market and they are always moving 24/7, so there will always be opportunities for us and it is never too late to invest. The important thing to make profit is not to invest early or invest late but we need to have knowledge. Only with knowledge can we make profits, rushing to invest without knowledge we are only participating in this to become a liquidity pool for others.

According to what you mentioned already, the first and foremost step is to own a wallet probably a mixture of hot and cold wallets and know how to buy your preferred coins to trade with and how to withdraw, transfer or deposit your funds.
Then, that's when the YouTube videos would do well to teach all other things like how to set up a trading account on any decentralized exchange and then the safest or easiest technique to trade as a newbie until you get to a professional stage where other techniques are exposed with experience and more acquisition of knowledge.
Learning about own a wallet will not too difficult as long as they wants to learns from many sources. They don't have to buy a hardware wallets if they don't have much money. They can use their Android phone to install the wallet and learns more about that. He can learns from many videos available on Youtube and that will no needs to long to understand about how to use the wallets. He can moves to the next lessons which is how to have an account on the exchanges and he can learns that from Youtube. The key here is we wants to learn more and more than other people so we can have many information that will useful for us and knows how to do.

It seems like he still doesn't have any basic knowledge about bitcoin and the market . Hi i am new into crypto world and i want to learn as much as possible so i ask if anyone know what is the basic steps to start and what guide is the best? I understand this is most different from what people think.. but it cant hurt to read it all.
First i just want to buy bitcoin for around 1000€. i will look at youtube today what the best way to do it is, then i want to learn trading but i will wait for that until i have teach myself more. we all start from scratch sometime?
I am so thankful for alll members here that taking their time to help me
I hope that you will not be able to watch a youtube video that's all about shilling their new projects. That's what most of the tutorial nowadays.

And after that, you will be guided by them on how to buy that specific token instead of how to buy Bitcoin. Start buying from known exchanges in your country and not with any other global exchange that's not operating in your country.
If Op doesn't have friends who understand cryptocurrency, where will he ask if he doesn't understand? I don't think there's anything wrong for beginners to look for things or knowledge on social media like YouTube, I think it's quite good for finding information. Anyway, OP asked to buy Bitcoin, there's no way OP made a typo when searching on YouTube. I think op thought about it how to register on the exchange.

but then again op wants to be a trader, For me, if you want to become a trader, it's best not to use that much money, just use a small amount to try it, around 20€ to 50€.
Don't be too eager to make a profit there, this will cause you to lose a lot of your money, you are not equipped or equipped with knowledge, you only pay attention or watch YouTube and are not directly involved and have no experience there.

I am not denying that Youtube is filled with lot of misleading tutorials but it won't be that hard to find the actual simple tutorial to buy and trade on an exchange either. And it's not rocket science either, all you need is just an email and KYC documents for verification the only thing is he needs to end up an actual exchange instead of clone sites cause there are lot out there pretending to be reputed exchange.

if i ask you, if you would buy bitcoin right now, where would you go? its just a question
If you don't mind KYC, you can register for Binance, KuCoin, or other CEX exchanges. But if you don't want to do KYC, you can choose DEX, like hodlhold.com, or other options.

You should have a goal before buying Bitcoin, whether for trading or investing because both are different. If you want to trade, you have to be able to determine when you can buy Bitcoin at a low price, sell it at a high price, and repeat this process to get big profits.

If you want to invest, you don't need to do that. Just focus on buying Bitcoin once a week or once a month and do that continuously.

But you should learn about analysis first to determine when to buy and sell. The important thing is that you can be calm when the price goes down and see it as an opportunity to buy Bitcoin again.

Welcome to the crypto path, first of all, you must need to analyze what are you trying to invest in basic understanding or concept before joining into an investment, what coin you would like to investment, what its perks of holding it, until when you will hold your coin, next is where to buy, im using an exchange like binance, mexc, crypto.com, kucoin you can choose where you prefer or suitable with your trading habit and next what kind of wallet like electrum or hardware wallet that you can store your asset, you can hold your coins in exchange but not recommended if you are not an active trader this prevents to lose your money. Not your keys, not your coins.

Acknowledging your intro as a newbie in the Crypto sphere and your quest to venture into the crypto market as trader, I'd just want to call on your attention to be sure of what you mean because as a newbie, there's possibilities of misconception between trading and Investing on bitcoin which I doubt if you mean to trade instead of to invest.
In differentiation, Trading on bitcoin evolves around a short term goal which can be very risky because their trading times could always befall the downtimes of the market price which they can't objected to. Investing evolves around long term goal with an objective to catch up during a market increase.
So I'll let you take a path to be sure of your desired before I can proceed to be best guidance I can afford.

You just have to understand how the market works so you can buy BTC. You could even come up a strategy when you understand the market.

Understand that there is a pool or buyers and pool of sellers inside an exchange and that where you will try to chose which price you going to take when you want to buy. The cheapest is likely the one that you need to find in the orderbook type of exchange.
Market works like it dips and pumps. Even though it's also basic but I think he should focus more/first on how BTC works. Anyway, the OP is here because he wants us to spooonfeed him even though it's only easy or basic to look for the basics in Bitcoin ecosystem such as buying our first BTC. I think understanding the market is not enough to immediately come up with a strategy but we need actions first and built enough experience.

Once we start learning from our mistakes, that's where strategy will show up. The orderbook thing you said there seems not made for the beginners but there are still exchanges or should I say swapping platform that are instant. He can start there first. BTW they are also found inside of some crypto wallets.

It is difficult for a new person who has just started learning about trading and who wants to apply it practically to make a decision in the field of trading. It is very important that we always take the right decision in trading. I did not understand a thing, so I tried different ways to understand that thing and shared it with others, but we can know that thing, but if we do that thing without understanding one thing, then it will be wrong in that thing. Trading is a very short term but its significance is not so simple because of many reasons. Trading requires a lot of understanding, a lot of knowledge and learning from the market at every moment. As we have to analyze the market at every moment, we have to try to get an idea about how the market will change at every moment. Even after applying our best skills, we have to be in doubt as to which direction the market will move. Therefore, before trading, you should know well and then trade, it will reduce the risk of money a lot.

Don't hurry too much, calm down and don't join the market with trading if you don't have understand about it. Use your time to learn about this market, and start when you feel you have good knowledge already.

Awesome Cryptocurrency Trading.

When you finish your learning, start with Spot trading for purchasing your bitcoin, and withdraw it to your non custodial wallet. Hold your bitcoin, you will get good profit next 6 months and longer time even without need to trade daily.

Don't use margin and futures trading as a newbie in this market, you will lose your bitcoin.

Do as above recommendation and you can buy it with one purchase or do DCA.

An example with $40 DCA each month, do this last 4 years, total invested capital $1,480. You can see good ROI.

@OP, there's also https://github.com/SpiralDevelopment/Awesome-Crypto-Trading

About buying 1k euros worth of bitcoin. You could try to key in your country and preferred payment method on https://buybitcoinworldwide.com/ and it'll return matching exchanges. Ideally, you would wanna go with reputable exchanges -- if you're not sure whether or not an exchange is reputable, you may ask us.

In case, you don't wanna go through identity verification, there's https://kycnot.me/?t=exchange&q=&fiat=on you could check out.

I understand its bad people all over the place on eart but is not their accounts getting a bad feedback then?

I would say many scammers would gladly take a bad feedback if they can scam 1K euros or even less plus they could always use throwaway accounts for this. Scam PMs are rampant in most crypto communities so I would also advise you to be cautious from PMs.

For decentralized - https://hodlhodl.com/

Just a small correction if you don't mind. Hodlhodl not decentralized but only non-custodial.

For starters, you can really learn everything about trading itself. And you also have to understand crypto itself in more depth because your trading goal is the crypto market, of course. You just have to remember this, namely Don't be in a hurry to be able to make a lot of money from trading in a short time. Be patient and try to read more, watch more trading guides and watch videos of traders on youtube and such. And try practicing in the market with small capital and don't immediately use large capital. And the steps to understand about trading are quite simple. only limited to technical and fundamental analysis. And someday you will also have to understand sentimental analysis. And then before starting trading you also have to be able to manage your finances well. Because good money management is also needed in trading to minimize the risks taken. Oh yes, you also have to understand psychology in trading, where the mentality in trading also needs to be studied seriously. Because most of those who experience big losses in crypto trading are those who cannot control their psychology when trading. Or people also usually call it emotional management. And the two most important things in emotional management are controlling greed and fear.

Good to know that you're willing to learn from scratch, first of all you need to educate yourself through joining airdrops and other crypto related stuffs. Familiarization of different crypto projects is very important even though it's not guaranteed you will be given rewards. On that stage you could value time and efforts. Once you'll mature into it, you could learn how to make your asset safe using encrypted wallets.
From time to time, you could register at crypto exchange sites like binance or mexc. Maybe buying small cap assets like those that you can afford. Doing step by step research or watching videos is helpful aside from forum discussions.

In the bid to getting knowledge for trading and how well to getting into crypto, the best way is by getting a mentor as I'm very sure YouTube alone will not help you well enough because on you tube there are so many materials out there that could get you confused and consuming both the wrong and the wright knowledge and that alone wouldn't help you well enough because after consuming that much, you would need another length of time to getting to differentiate amongst all of the knowledge which is most appropriate and that which isn't and that which is what you need the most  and in some cases, this exercise alone will take you a whole lot of time which you would have been using to better your knowledge on trading but a mentor helps you get pass all of that without having to stress that much.

Trading is a skill that requires a proper acquisition of the knowledge before you venture into it else you may loose your funds and probably get to learn the hard way which in the long run will take you much more time than it would have done to you long enough if only you had a mentor who has all the experience and will teach you how to navigate without getting to make same mistakes as they did as well,

It's necessary to look for references, but if you do too much, you'll just get confused and dizzy. If you have that amount of funds, you register on the exchange and just buy BTC and if necessary, leave it alone, without you trading and in my opinion that's better than having to spend your time in front of a computer desk with unstable emotions looking at the fluctuating market.

I advise you to post every single problem that you encounter on this thread. Avoid someone who will try to PM you because as soon as they see that you're going to invest 1k Euros then it sounds like a plan to them and easy money since you don't know anything.
So, this isn't just a trading advice but also a tip on how to be safe from anyone that might try to offer help to you but has an intention to scam you.

oh thank you for sharing that, but why would anyone want to do that? I understand its bad people all over the place on eart but is not their accounts getting a bad feedback then? I take every advise seriosly to thank you. I will have this in mind always.
There is no other reason for that but as long as they see someone with money, they'll come to get and trick you. No need for further explanations because that's what they have been doing all of their lives. Whoever they see as a potential victim, they'll come.

if i ask you, if you would buy bitcoin right now, where would you go? its just a question

but be prepared to lose your investment when you start trading using a crypto exchange.
This is not a good advice for a starter. Although you are trying to spill the truth out give him a possibility that he can as well do well if he gets into trading. In as much as there are losses in trading so there are lots of profits in trading and there are successful traders in the world. What OP should be aware of is that trading is not a get-rich scheme, any starter with that kind of mindset will surely fail at the end. Trading requires patience, consistency, and risk tolerance.

The books suggested by barbara44 are good for understanding trading but be prepared to lose your investment when you start trading using a crypto exchange. It is not that easy as it sounds or seen and you will hardly find free time as a trader. Investing in Bitcoin is the best decision you have taken but remember Bitcoin is very volatile and you need to have patience to achieve your profit goal.

Personally I am not seeing anyone successful on crypto trading who try to catch daily momentum or short term trends. If you want to be rich with your €1000 in bitcoin, I humbly like to suggest to be remaining a long term holder or else if you want to risk at least level then you can try to trade bitcoin for long term like buying bitcoin at the end of bearish trend (2015 January, 2018 and 2022) and selling at the end of bullish years like 2013, 2017 and 2021.
