The best IEO exchange for me is binance and bittrex because of their latest IEO and they exceed the specified project target
and for Binance i think they already top 1 exchange volume 24h before

Seriously? Which Bittrex IEO that give good roi? Ocean IEO ATH is x0.3 IEO price, RAID fails to start, and so on. Not sure we're talking about the same Bittrex here.

I know good platform, but I forgot it(

Why not put together a team of experts who will do your marketing? It is cheaper and, I think, more exciting.

The rest exchange sucks!

Ocean ATH is not even at their IEO price. Maybe Bittrex sucks too then. Matic ATH is only around x2 from IEO price. Looks better but Binance is definitely not the best. Don't trust them blindly (remember Celer etc too).

I don't really care about the price. They sucks because I just don't really trust them. I'm here to talk about security and reputation and it's useless if you have multiple profit but you can enjoy them because of fraud.

The best? It will always be Binance. But, It's gonna be really hard to conduct IEO there. However, there are other good exchanges as options, Bittrex and Huobi. You might be easier to conduct IEO there. Thinking about other exchange? The rest exchange sucks!

Bittrex has involved in IEO. Their IEO was canceled the day before due to significant changes in the business status of the project in question, RAID. Still, we know for sure that Bittrex is on the lookout for more IEO opportunities. I would pay attention to it.

Anyway, check out ICO Widgets (https://icowidgets.com) or Coinspeaker (https://www.coinspeaker.com/ieo/).

Well, we had a good experience in our 1st Round of IEO with ProBit. The platform is seemless for the users and very easy to use. We are also launching our 2nd Round of IEO with ProBit soon!

Check out ProBit. Its a Korean exchange this is listed on CMC. The volume is still low but their IEOs are doing good. This is from personal experience. I am with Farm2Kitchen (F2K Token). We successfully completed our round 1 of IEO yesterday and raised the startup funds. Now we getting ready to launch the round 2, starting from May 7th. It depends on your project too. Farm2Kitchen has a strong reputation and a big following on social media. We have 20k people signed up on our own crowd-sale platform. So that makes a difference too, but still I feel ProBit is good. No platform issue.

I work with numerous agencies as a creative writer (WPs, press releases, stuff like that), and the trend I'm seeing is that they are now rebranding themselves from ICO promotion agencies into IEO agencies. So very soon you'll see dozens of them promising to get you listed on the largest IEO exchanges, "package" your project and team, and so forth. Substantially, nothing changes - it's still the same people doing the same thing - but under a different name and for a higher price tag, since IEOs are supposed to be more costly.

Half of these agencies are based in Russia. This doesn't mean that they offer a poor service - I know dozens of talented people who work for them. But their business model is typically Russian: earn as much as you can, as quickly as you can, and with as little effort as you can.  What you should understand is that IEO agencies employ freelancers (writers, designers, marketers, SMM people, etc.) and slap a huge commission on top of these freelancers' rates. So for example, I charge about $1000 for a White Paper, and the designer I work with charges a further $200, but the agency's client will pay upwards of $3000 for the WP package. So if you are planning an IEO, I see no reason why you shouldn't assemble your own freelancer team - it will save you tons of money!

Would agree with this post. Finding freelancers on bitcointalk, or fiver even is way cheaper than hiring a special marketing/consultation/advisory firm.

There are cons and pros to this though, 100 percent. Freelancers are much unreliable than an actual company, and in many cases, aren't as high quality then hiring a full firm. Firms are much more stable, less to cause issues and reputable then single individuals. If you can get a decent price on a full package from a marketing firm, I'd recommend you to go with that.

Best exchanges/platforms for IEOs are probably any of the top 10 exchanges.

Binance launchpad is great, the new Kucoin platform is also great (but is fairly new and only has 1 project, multivac, I think) as well as a couple other launchpads from other well known exchanges (Bittrex, Bitmax).

Even though the Latoken platform/launchpad is quite popular, I'd stay away from it. Most projects there are often ditched and not cared for after the money is raised, usually by the latoken staff, and they go around a lot of ICO's pitching offers, spamming groups and everything.

Binance is probably #1, most projects raise millions and perform great.

Go here:

Research upcoming IEO's, obviously top platforms will have bigger "hype" around their projects but it doesn't mean it will give you that huge returns. Study them, look at the project behind, do some experiments by joining some and then you get out when you profited enough. No assurance that the project will go x5 to x10 in the future.

By agencies, do you mean exchange platform?
There is a lot of exchange platform that you can use to do an ICO, like Binance, Huobi, Gate and so on. Most of them give 2x results or more (depends on the hype of the project).

But truth to be told, just because you do an IEO doesn't mean your project will succeed. Sure you got the funds but it doesn't guarantee you'll get solid holders, most of them will only dump (that's what IEO boys do most of the time).
