Paypal is obviously the least safe, but I think even Skrill can be reversed, but not sure about Perfect Money. People can also use a creditcard and chargeback months down the line. I'd check with the sites terms and conditions before accepting them.

paypal is definitely reversible.
any money service thats wire transfer like western union, money gram is decent.
also cash deposit works as well.
