A large majority of projects I've seen are incorporated either in Singapore or in Zug, Switzerland. Both these locations are supposed to be crypto friendly.

If you're looking for the friendliest place, probably Singapore. I've also heard good things with Puerto Rico and if you're an American citizen it would be easier than most other cou tries. If you're Asian, yeah just look into Singapore. To my knowledge, they're the most crypto friendly. Japan is too, China is but too much fud right now and Korea too much fud too.
Perhaps you have overlooked one place: Switzerland.
This place is very friendly to the policy of cryptocurrency. As far as I know, many ICO projects choose to put the company in Switzerland.

For a fintech project, what an ideal flag would be? Not to hide away with the proceeds but to optimise tax
