basically almost all casinos online offering 100% first deposit bonus with 30x-40x minimum wagering requirements but directbet has success with their loyalty points for their users and as the reference you might try similar such as their program or non deposit bonus maybe good too because this will attract people to trying your site
There are some promotions that you can try such as deposit bonus, moneyback promo, contest etc. You can try all of them and decide which one is more profitable to your site then you can do it frequently as you wish.

personally for me i like a casino with first deposit bonus and VIP points system, it can help you attract big bettors to your site specially if you offer good odds compared to other sportsbook. refferal could be cool too but someone could just abuse it by reffering themselves
The only bonus that I got from sportsbook are referral and VIP points where if you accumulate enough and be the top bettor for a week or a month a certain pot will be released and won by the top bettor.
