My pick would be INS Ecosystem. It's a blockchain platform that connects brands and consumers thus reinventing the grocery industry. They have a lot of partners and more are still being announced. The platform is set to launch later on this year and It's listed on several exchanges like Binance, Kucoin, OkEx, Liqui etc. That's pretty impressive for a coin valued at a $32M market capitalization. Get in before the rocket leaves for moon.

I think  $25M is the high limit for the low-cap.Maybe >15Mln or >10Mln is good.I  think in this days very few ico is promising. If you take 10 ico and if 6-7 of them is legit. The number of promising icos are 1-2.And I think Effect.Ai is one of them.yeah, A AI based project. There are many AI based project but effect ai is the most promising and legit ico.effectai offer a token name EFX based on NEO platform. They are one of the best competitors of Amazon M-TRUK in upcoming days. The ico collect more than 11MLN in 2 just days.Devs are active and have a strong community.

My attention is on a coin called EtherGem(EGEM). The lead devs are rumored to be from a rogue split from the Ethereum Foundation core team. No one can confirm or deny that rumor, which makes all the more plausible. Not enough evidence to say no, not enough evidence to say yes.

But from what I've seen, they've had no kind of marketing prefund or crowdfund, yet they've grown their Discord and Telegram groups to 10k members.

The coin is an ethereum clone, but that doesn't mean it's an ERC20 token. It's a coin that's cloned the ethereum base code, but tweaked it for faster and more scalable possibilities.

At one point, the lead dev, osoese, bragged that he was the ultimate brains in crypto. Imho, I think he was drunk when he typed that in discord. But I've been following closely, and it looks like he's been rallying the dev team nicely and making stellar updates. Whenever morale is low, he's there to type intelligently and get everyone's hopes back up.

The coin has absolutely no premine, and when someone discovered their 20% premine, they restarted the coin and plan on refunding that premine via the dev fund (they're collecting 10% mining rewards to speed up the repayment).

I would seriously watch out for this coin. It just came out two weeks ago, and already it's gaining momentum and an online presence. Remember, it's no premine, which means that it's cheap af right now.

I believe in this upcoming ICO that aims to bring in the masses into crypto.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.31823480

This will be the first arbitrage exchange that aims to bring the masses into crypto with their user-friendly UI, crypto education, and the first company offering individual insurance. The CTO has 40 years coding experience in the financial markets for exchanges. Definitely, keep an eye out for this one. Has solid tech, team, solves huge problem bringing the masses into crypto, and building a loyal community.

If your upper limit for small cap projects is $25 million then I think it is too high, project less than $10 million is to me a low cap project. I am not saying $25 million is too high but IMO it is not a small cap projects. Any project that can reach $100 million marketcap and have done 10x and more is a low cap project

For a coin satisfying those requirements, a new buzz Internxt is quite popular since few days.
A low supply of less than a million, Its price jumped from $4 to $8 in a matter of day.
They have a great project to work with and they are collecting a huge amount of interest.

As the market becomes more competitive and investors become more educated on the technology the room for scams and pump and dump scheme becomes less and less. I want to open this thread to discuss small cap coins (>25M) that are legitimate with a real use case and have the backing of outside sources to prove it. What are your hidden gems?
My favourite low cap is Accelerator, because there is nearly no volume right now although the devs are very active. The project has a working product and also established an exchange some months ago.
