Who pays for the transaction fees? and how much is it? the transaction fee can easily exceed the fee you mentioned. it is always nice to check the fine details before buying with your credit card

I don't think it is possible to buy bitcoin with or without a card with no fee because at least, you need to pay some fees. Maybe the fee will not be bigger, but you must pay the fee. Maybe if you can find a local seller in your country or near your city, your fee will not too big as you will be charged with the local fiat to buy bitcoin. So far, that is work for me, and I can reduce the fee in fiat.

As far as I know, Binance waive fees on crypto purchases using cards amid this covid crisis, Also, Crypto .com waived off 3.5% credit or debit card fee But it is not permanent they only waive fees because of this crisis just like Binance. It is your chance now to purchase, most platforms is offering the same just find the best platforms that suit you and you are comfortable with, I suggest a reputable platform for your safety.

Depending on your location or country I would suggest you visit Binance exchange. Binance exchange now support a lot of fiat currencies which can be used to buy or trade Bitcoin, the fiat can also be withdrawn at a lower rate. I think the exchange is just trying to make crypto to be easily accessible which is a good idea.

I don't buy bitcoins with any card but you should check paxful, base on their website on the "paxful fees" tab they don't have fees for buying bitcoin.

Most of the options given to buy Cryptocurrency with cards are almost between 5% and above. I recently learned about Paycoinly, (https://paycoinly.com) but this is pretty new and they only have few Merchants on their site for now.

Do you know any other method? With almost no fee?
