There are different results for different miners with various hardware and multiple software on different pools for random people

Best mining hardware? Okay, Gpu or Asic? Okay, which company AMD or Nvida? Or the best ASIC company or their best product? Hang on for which algorithm? Equihash, Cryptonote, X11, Scrypt, SHA256? Then which software? But, again which Algorithm and what hardware?
Don't even get me started on peoples specific requirements e.g. power efficiency, raw hashrate, physical space, heat dispersion, noise etc
What exactly are you trying to mine, for what reason and what have?

As miner do you mean Miner like hardware unit or Miner as miner software ? Either way I'm sure your questions has already been answered multiple times so instead of opening new thread maybe you shouldn't be so lazy and search the forum
