Anyone has tried these sites before?
www.cryptoket.io -> small fees, fast, but only for small trading
www.shapeshift.io -> expensive Sad but reputable
I have tried both before but it is not as good as it used to be(especially shapeshift because fees got expensive). If you want to trade fast and safe though, then use either one and not look for others.
others?
There is another service called https://coinswitch.co/ that is similar to both sites you have mentioned OP, but the difference is that the fees here are just average, not cheap but it ain't expensive. I also never had problems using their service.

Blocktrades is another instant swap site, I wouldn't recommend it though.
https://blocktrades.us/

They are very expensive, charging up to 10% in fees. Many people still use it because it's the easiest way to exchange Steem.
Just mentioning this so you know what to avoid.

I use shapeshift for several times, they're legit. But, sometime you will get some delay (about 1-3 hours in my case), not a big deal for me. I don't think they're expensive, since they're legit and reputable.
On my coinomi wallet, there's another instant exchanger called Changelly, i personally never use it before. But, since its on coinomi, i think they're legit.

Never heard about cryptoket.
I dont really mind out about using other converter rather than Shapeshift.io ive heard some other sites but this one makes me confident on doing transactions or any exchange. Delays been caused of the network. I had experienced issues as well where you should not used up other 3rd party wallets with shapeshift or else your deposit wont go through but im happy that their support is too fast on responding as i had experienced the issue.
Cryptoket i havent heard that one same as you said.

That's no longer the case (a lot of complaints against them), simply search for its name on "Scam Accusations" board.
I also personally thought Changelly was like as reputable as Shapeshift. But then good thing I did a bit of research on their feedback:
Ups, looks like you guys right. I do some deep research in scam accusations and that reddit links. Thanks for pointing out.

Shapeshift i have used but not cryptoket. it's a new site and one should be very careful with new sites, these sites could steal your money. why don't you use exchanges instead? you can get better deal than shapeshift or likewise sites.

Was the reports legit? I don't know. But I'd personally play it safe and use good-ol shapeshift instead. High fees? I'm fine with that as I'm sure I'm going to actually receive my coins/tokens.

I used shapeshift's services up until last month (great service but they recently started limiting [more] users, based on their location [no longer an option for me but if you can visit its website [normally], then you shouldn't worry]).

I used ShapeShift a few times. and I was really satisfied, it was fast. I have never heard of the other site. I searched the cryptoket in google but i did not get any information. I prefer ShapeShift for now.

If you really want to do an instant transfer then no choice but to deal with expensive Shapeshift. Again it reached your criteria that's why you called it "reputable".

There are other Shapeshift like service I heard but since I don't see much feedbacks using those, I still used Shapeshift. Take note that if you really care for fees, then just used Shapeshift service for urgent purposes. Used an exchange instead so that you will deal on small fees.

Never heard of Cryptoket.io. If you will do small trades then used it instead since you already have an experienced using it.
