Having an active customer support system is a key to the success of a gambling website. Unlike other gambling websites that lack any active participation in this forum, it is relatively difficult to ask for questions in the event that a problem arises on your end. Though this may be the case, you can always contract a representative provided in their website.

What I cannot fathom is supporting a gambling website that is entirely bogus and scam from the start. Even if they do have an active customer support service, it does not defeat or outweigh the fact that such website scams people (talking about 1xbit).

Have you tried visiting their website? That should cure your curiosity. If the site looks great to you and you do not experience any problem I think you should not worry. You can also test the costumer support in their website if they respond to your concerns quickly and I think its okay to ask them there if why they are not active here in bitcointalk so that we will know the reason. They just create a thread here for the awareness of their brand but do not like to respond?

Well, if that's what they like then they should have run a campaign instead or get a spot in the auction for their brand to get advertise anywhere in the forum. That should do the job better.

How could we clarify things and begin to trust a casino without having someone to cater to our needs, right?

Besides of being inactive their announcement thread design is also poor. There is no flashy image and there is a lack in other details of their casino. How can we know if the site does not have KYC or how much is the withdrawal fees. Not all gamblers only look for deposit bonus because deposit bonus are sometimes nearly impossible to achieve.

Anyway I check the site and it looks pretty cool , I love the graphics and when I scroll down there is that 24/7 support thing but I have not check that as I didn't tried to register yet. Maybe that is a legit thing and they respond their if we have problems because there s also legit casinos that rarely visit their threads here in bitcointalk because of some reasons like they are lacking of staff.

I would have to agree on this one, the inactivity of any representative of the casino, especially here in the forum is a red flag that must not be overlooked. There is. I just tried signing up and the site is asking for my personal information. Name, phone number, address, date of birth, etc. You could of course enter the wrong information, but that might become troublesome down the road if they ask you to undergo proper KYC.

My guess is that this is was originally a fiat casino that has just recently adopted crypto. According to Whois, they have been around since 2019. Everything on their homepage shows only fiat values in $ or €. You need to clarify about your deposit promotions, you said the first deposit bonus up to 1.5 BTC but based on your sites it's wrote up to €/$300... €/$300 is 0.07-0.08 BTC not 1.5 BTC, did I miss something?

Also you didn't mentioned the minimum wager about the deposit bonus, I read the requirement need to wager 50x times.

From one browser - the UK players are not allowed(i`m rather far from the UK), from the other - the host is unreachable. It doesn`t looks like "one of the fastest growing new crypto casinos". You're right, it didn't go very well. Not according to what the OP said, even the reputation of the casino is very minimal to be more trustworthy. I'm not sure this casino can develop smoothly.
