I use PB Mining. Not as profitable as owning your own hardware maybe, but without any headache. Payback time for initial investment is about 4 months and then you got 4+ years of pure profit. Also has no headaches when it comes to maintaining hardware. I plan to invest more into PB Mining.

I used CEX.IO before. Their fees makes mining with them a horrible proposition.

Alt-coins offer a change to make (and lose) a lot of BTC.

Pick one that has a clearly distinguishable feature that could have real-world uses - eg anonymity, decentralised asset exchange etc.

Then research the developer and how it was launched, distribution etc.

I suggest PBMining, it's been going quite well for me and i've already broken even. If you're going to buy, use my ref link!

Also, you could try investing in stocks on Havelock Investments or Cryptostocks.

Thank you both for the responses, sounds like I'm probably best off out of it then Smiley I am already invested in JD btw Confessions, I'm just wondering if the risks now outweigh the fairly minimal return.

I wouldn't suggest CEX.IO. Overpriced, and high fees. I wouldn't suggest the others, either, if you're just buying a few GH/s. But then again, I really don't recommend mining Bitcoin, anyway.

I think that using any of those services is a losing proposition.  Cloud mining is not profitable.

Your best bet, although not as fun, is actually to hold most likely.  Maybe invest in a site like Just-Dice.

Hi,

I'm currently looking at Scrypt.cc, Cex.io, PETA and PB Mining and all look to be very good services with decent returns.

Is there anyone in particular you guys would recommend in terms of reliability, return on investment etc? I'm very open to suggestions, but having lost a lot of BTC lately I'd like something that's hopefully a fairly safe investment when compared to the others.

Thanks
