silvergoldbull.ca will be about your best bet. US has a bunch more options but these guys are about as good as it gets in Canada and they take bitcoin.

APMEX.com will ship to Canada, minimum order is $250 via credit card though. Providentmetals.com also ships to Canada.
I've ordered from both, and find them both reliable. APMEX tends to be slightly more expensive than elsewhere, but they have one of the best selections. Provident is a fine middle ground for selection and price.

Any suggestions? Looking for small amounts, nothing over 1 oz for gold and 10 oz for silver, as close to spot price as possible.
