What coin you bought? for mobile trading I actually don't use any other app but I'm using an integrated app with coinomi which is changelly. But there's also other options like Binance[1], Poloniex[2], shapeshift is also an integrated app on coinomi.

Before downloading please check the reviews and verify if its the official app.

Globally, the use of USD paired by crypto should be on all platforms, all fees will be the same, nothing is too expensive or cheap. Coinbase globally provides easy access for all users. Use it then you can transfer it to the exchange that you like.
If you're lucky, you might be able to use OTC services.

So I bought crypto using the Coinbase app but the fees are a ripoff at 4% (That's 8% roundtrip!) I need a place to trade on mobile where I can get dollars in and out and the fees are more reasonable. Please suggest.

Can you share the name of your country you are coming from? If it's not India, Zebpay (a formerly Indian Bitcoin exchange) is your way to go and buy BTC cheaper than Coinbase and their KYC process is smooth and fast, will get you done with buying your coins in no more than 24-48 hours.

I don't understand what you mean? Most crypto trading platforms have a mobile friendly app. So obviously, you can choose what ever exchanges suited you. You can also look at the top exchanges in coinmarketcap, maybe that could help as well.

I need an exchange where I can deposit and withdraw dollars that has lower fees than Coinbase. Does that make sense?
Maybe you can see and visit some of these exchanges Bitstamp, Kraken, Gdax and Gemini. Because that seems to be the exchange that you mean and you can compare it yourself.

I'll take a review on these trading sites mate, and based on the experienced I had with my trader friend he's using binance trading app but I've never been have time to learn that thing through mobile. Maybe I can do personal research after seeing these recommendations here, and this could be a big help for me using mobile in trading using some dollars.
