Hi, what would be the best pool for a 1Th/s miner, with high payout?
I currently am using beta.mining.bitcoin.cz but it seems fairly bad in my opinion.

Mine at ghash.io. So far I like their interface, statistic and you can trade your bitcoin for more hash or to other alt-coins. You can also sell your mined btc immediately for USD Smiley.

note: ghash.io pool 0% fees.

Over the last 2-3 days, Paycoin SHA256 is happening, so people are renting miners and pointing at those pools and getting mixed results

NiceHash without a doubt. If you mine now, your rig gets paid as if you had 10TH.

I'm hoping Overhash.com can get going. Maybe try it out, it is very new and the 1st block hasnt't been found yet.

Check out NastyPool.  It is a 0% fee default P2Pool node that offers a custom payout method to reduce variance, as well as much more thorough and transparent statistics.  Here's a link for more info: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/p2pool-nastypool-0-fee-prop-on-pplns-ipv6-support-bonus-credits-306611

Well it does say expected time 16-17 hours so heh?

Use this here to see what you can expect from your 1TH https://bitcoinwisdom.com/bitcoin/difficulty  but it all really depends on which pool you choose due to most have different payouts.

Great! Better for me to mine now.
Also, this is me solo mining, it says 17 hours to block when the value is 25Btc.
Is that good?

I hope you don't think your going to find a block in 17 hours?

Hmm, well I did attempt running my own pool using P2Pool although was worried it would take for ever because of my speed.
Do you know if the difficulty will ever go down? Maybe if people mine more litecoins etc?

It  just went down yesterday

What's your definition of "good" and "high payout"?  You can expect that 1TH/s miner to earn about 0.01248BTC a day under ideal circumstances and current difficulty.  Since it doesn't look like the difficulty is going to change very much, if at all, today that number is probably good for another 12-14 days.

There are a ton of options for you like p2pool, Eligius, BTCGuild, etc.  Take a look and each pool has a thread here for you to do some more research and ask your questions.
