Do first some research before you get involve with these ICOs so you will have a good idea how will these projects will do,or how will they achieve success because most of the ICOs today are just raising too much fund but will eventually runaway from their investors,do not ask other's recommendations because its your money that will be used to these ICOs not ours.

Amon, Thrive and Bitnation for me all look promising. Try to limit the amount of ICOs I get involved in these days, do your own research regardless of how popular a recommendation is though.
