I would avoid Cryptopia in its entirety. It's not a good exchange, and the staff are untrustworthy and somewhat immature. There are better places out there to go for exchanges.

The problem on cryptopia is that they do not have big requeriments for the coins that they list in there, and most of them are just listed in there for a quick pump and dump.

I am not surprised when i see useless p&d in there, it is normal.

Well, cryptopia is shit, at 100%.

i've often wondered how cryptopia got so big when it lists an absolute mountain of shit.
and volumes on everything are tiny. they claim they fell apart because they got over a million users, yet even the biggest coins rarely go above more than a few tens of bitcoins per day. did this million people join as a spectator sport?

My 2 favorites are Phore and Sumo.  Cryptopia has a ton of crap but also some real gems, many of which have been mentioned in this thread.  Crpytopia gets a bad wrap sometimes but I'm a big fan of the exchange.  Never had any deposit/withdrawal delays and I like the interface.  Simple, no bs competitions and ads.

Digipulse is one of my favorite projects. Real life applications, low market cap. They also recently released BETA. It's worth taking a look at.

Cryptopia has like 500 coins, most I research are dead or barely trying thanks to the December pump. I know there are real projects on there like Xtrabytes and PoSW but they seem few and far in between. I've individually researched like 50 and it's getting tiresome.

Can you tell me a few others to look into that majority of the volume is on Cryptopia? Not looking for coins that are on other large exchanges along with Cryptopia.

I think one of the best tokens listed only on Cryptopia is DigiPulse (DGPT).
They raised 3473 ETH during the ICO and the project is actively developing, plus it's shown stability in price during the recent dip.

XSPEC is only highly recommended by the shills, go view the profiles of the people suggestion xspec, it's all they do, try find Snr members recommending it, you'll struggle.
Prl, Bwk and Bay are my 3 picks for Cryptopia, Prl had a huge pump today though so may be worth waiting for a dip.

Many many others just like this with over 90% of posts about xspec.
If this keeps up, I'm going to spend a whole day identifying these people in a thread, we'll see what impact that has on their shilled coin.

Thanks for letting others know, about these people who are promoting Xspec & i am holding few bitbay, looking at BWK

I personally like a coin called Mothership. They launched last July and are making moves starting at the beginning of this year, and that was launching ICOs which they have begun on and implenting an exchange which I believe is in the works yet.

Spectrecoin (XSPEC) it is one of the best coin on market, you  can buy it on cryptopia

spectre has 2 kind of tokens: 2% dividends to dividend-token holders and 2% to the SPECTRE team as a technology fee, each time the trader takes a trade. The group uses 3% of revenues to purchase utility-tokens on an ongoing basis, causing utility-token-price appreciation. All transactions ar

I think people should have to take test before they are allowed on these forums. Like how to spell, and what a ticker is.

Please do proper research before commenting. This is exactly the kind of ill informed and poorly researched comment that leads to hype based investments.

Spectrecoin and spectro coin are completely different.
And even more, spectro coin is not isn't even on cryptopia.

Spectrecoin is a privacy coin that has stealth address, ring sigs and native tor support. And a low market cap.

Of those listed on Cryptopia, I'd suggest getting into Electroneum, Sumokoin and DeepOnion. I'd bet more confident for these two last ones, as they're privacy aware cryptocoins, and that's a matter that more and more people is getting concerned about.

The good thing about cryptopia is the number of good privacy coins on there. As many others have openly stated, you should take a look at xspec and onion. Both of these coins are tor integrated which will be in huge demand when the government crack down begins. Being on cryptopia means they are still cheap, when listed on binance price will rocket.

There are many good coins in Cryptopia, they are new , mostly dont have an ICO .

I think Phore ( PHR) is one of best coin there. It has just 8.4m circulation supply and you can stake it. For staking there is no required limit , you can stake even 1 PHR but of course reward receiving will be also slim.

They have masternode system too .Anyone can run a masternode simply by holding 10,000 Phore as collateral in their wallet. And by doing so, you will receive block rewards for helping provide services to the network. The operators of masternodes can also vote on various budget and development proposals.

$9.24 is ath for PHR and currently price is $2.94..

Divi project (DIVX) is a great project on Cryptopia,

The only reason they haven't spread to much larger exchanges is because the tokens DIVX are due to be exchanged for DIVI tokens soon upon launch of its own block chain / main net launch,

Check out the project here -> https://www.diviproject.org/

ps you can get masternodes from just 1k coins!

Not looking for a pump and dumps really hoping I can be pointed in the direction some quality tokens.

i just recommend Spectrecoin(XSPEC) is the best project in Cryptopia. because Spectrecoin(XSPEC) is a cryptocurrency which deals with private financial transactions and private communication. and currently price of XSPEC still cheap compared to other private coin. my advice to buy Xspec and hold until Next year..  Grin Wink

InvestFeed (IFT) has majority of its volumes on cryptopia. This is a very good project in my humble opinion since it is an attempt to build a social network for investors and traders where users can earn IFT tokens as well! It is great in my opinion, also because its supply is quite low compared to other projects.

Check it out here on bitcointalk: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/investfeed-ift-ico-official-thread-cryptocurrency-incentivized-social-network-1989821

Why-ever you feel the need to be adversial to XSPEC, you are just as very wrong about it.

I bet you cannot come up with ONE well reasoned criticism about it's privacy technology, and how it fails. EVERYONE who has some minimal understanding about privacy technologies immediately realizes the great value XSPEC has to offer.

Ring Signature, Dual Key Stealth Address, TOR and OBSF4, PoS3 ... and these are just the undeniable technical facts which are in place now.

So instead of just brainless FUDing about XSPEC, I suggest you learn about it first, and then you might be able to provide some more valued feedback.

Electroneum definitely. However, I can't think of a single reason why someone would care for the best coins on a single exchange? If you are serious about investing in crypto, you should have easy access to all the exchanges. No matter which country you live in. You have to learn how to run a simple browser and a simple software. That's it. No need to limit yourself to one exchange only.

Cryptopia is a lower volume exchange but not total garbage like c-cex, mercatox ect. I think Cryptopia is a great foundation for projects and want to find the best before they eventually migrate to another higher volume exchange.

I'm basically trying to find some great projects before they explode, monkey is well out of the bottle by the time they end up on any of the larger exchanges.

On cryptopia, I have spent a few dollars on newly listed coins there. Can't remember which ones, more gambles that im waiting for a pump on 10x.

Coins I've bought properly are capp, xspec, dgpt.

I've had music and voise, but I sold them, because people were losing interest. And linda. Most coins on cryptopia will get much bigger once they get on other exchanges. That was most of the hype for voise, because everyone thought it was going to binance.

I don't think cryptopia is what it was, volume is so dead.
So, cryptopia, find a good coin, and hope it gets some interest, and that it gets listed some other place.

Another point, personally I wouldnt keep too much on the exchange. Easier to send to other exchanges as well, because sometimes cryptopia up their fees or wallet conveniently goes down for maintenance when a coin is getting listed on a bigger exchange.

Most are shit coins, this is why this exchange has so many coins. I can say that stratis is the best project in cryptopia, has potential to rise as it develops.

I agree which is why I was am trying to sort through the garbage. I refuse to believe all 500 are trash and picking the good ones before they rise and branch away from Cryptopia would be awesome.

I think stratis is great but I'm looking for coins that have cryptopia leading volume.

I try to stay away from Cryptopia nowadays.  They have some okay coins but traffic is low.

At the risk of being lumped with the shillers...the only coin I hold at cryptopia now is XSPEC.  If it ever get listed at Binance or Bittrex, I will transfer my holdings in a heartbeat.  Can't recall which but I know there are 2 more coins I wanted to buy there (not listed elsewhere I am a member of) but don't want to move money around so I abandoned the idea.

I concur which is why I have already loaded up!

SpectreCoin - XSPEC,

Take a look at the features, relative to other privacy coins on the market, I think this project has a lot of potential. Lot of weakness in the marketing side but I think that can be made up in the long term with the tech it brings to the table.
