why is this campaign have no escrow or any reply to its participants? maybe this campaign will be not success, the campaign manager here should reply or no one will join in this campaign.

Look at the first post, there is a spreadsheet called 'Payments' which describes how users will be paid.
This campaign seems to be a scam as OP never responded to any queries of the users and apart from that he has also not online since last 4 days so that makes this campaign really shady so please don't waste your time and efforts behind it as you will get nothing in the end.

This campaign will be success if the campaign manager is on the high rank or having a trust mark or green tag, you should use escrow for the funds ,
this camping will never gonna work ..so try in different camping ..as the rate they proving is quite high and the fund is also not escrow ..so no way this will work

Looks like this campaign really need a reputable escrow service to gain any sort of traction. OP needs to escrow the fund if he's serious about this

and even if we see he lowest payment they make to user per week is BTC0.01 as per payment file
so .01 x 500 == 5 BTC this just the lowest one i can see so if this fund is not escrowd do you thing you gonna work with it also op is not reply to any queries properly ..

The Manager is a newbie who cannot reply immediately as he can only post once in 6 min. and even cannot post the jpg, then how will he maintain the campaign. So it is much better to avoid this campaign until some reputed manage dont work on it or else the signature amount is not escrow

I sent PM to OP asking about procedure of joining a campaign but didn't receive any revert from his end that makes me bit worried about the genuineness of this campaign as the payouts are too high and he has not escrow the funds nor he has appointed any campaign manager and that makes this campaign risky.

Payment for your signature is good and for a long time. If this campaign is like why futures campaign, and with the number of slots that much .. what you can pay the participants .. you should display your escrow .. so you can do the signature campaign. I am reminded of yahoo's social project right now .. first before yahoo campaign was done by a newbi .. many participants did not follow it because they think it is a scam and will not be paid .. but that's wrong .. the newbi is paying very well The participants of the campaign .. so all the participants were shocked and regretful because they did not follow it. I think it might be done by this campaign .. hope it's true

this look to be specious because all pumper ground are all scammer they say they don't prepay but they prepay before the pump start and make money our of other user money .. Also they don't menti0on which pumping group they below to ..and also they have not escrow the fund the amount mention in the payment file high ..so until any user or high rank user conforms type payment i thing doing this will like free promotion ..

I basically don't understand the concept of increment in payments after every week. Why don't you keep the same amount of payments for all the ranks and keep it going like that? That would make your campaign look more legit. Also, no campaign manager, no escrow, i doubt if any sensible person would apply for a campaign without them.
I guess you're because no one apply for this signature campaign and the OP didn't add the campaign weekly pay rate or pay per post. My advice the OP is that hire a campaign manager somebody like Mr Yahoo62278 on https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/yahoo62278-355846 to help make this your project a success. 
This compaign looks really sketchy and shady.I don't recommend anyone joining this unless OP decide to hire a reputed compaign manager/escrow.Rewards increase each week,never seen this before.
