What do you want to know? What coin are you going to mine? Miners for Windows are usually much slower than the same miners running under Linux. I tested a few CPU miners about a year ago, Linux versions beat Windows ones hands down...
If you are into CPU mining, you'd better stick to shell access (e.g. SSH) and Linux, not RDP and Windows

This is not a free service, so you might not be able to mine anything with profit. Further, in an rdp session you are given access to a standard SVGA adapter, therefore you wouldn't be able to use the graphics card actually installed in the server (only CPU)

If someone in their RDP session eats up all your memory, you are stuck. If I'm not mistaken, the limit on physical memory for Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard is 32GB, so you are obviously not using memory quotas (per user or per process)...
Though I don't know if Windows (of any flavor) supports this feature at all
