As for news, there is lots. Google search will help you locate some of the crypto related news websites and articles. You can find more too here in the community.

For prediction, there is no reference sites you can rely on since crypto trading is all about taking a risk. But you can take suggestions from the people here but only takes that as a reference and not as you will follow it in an instant. For altcoins, it's good to check the Altcoin Section (Speculation) but remember to read only those with references because there are lots of trolls. As you are here continously, soon you don't need any suggestions as you can make a decision by yourself. Goodluck.

Yes, there is no such site on whom you can rely that the predictions about any coin will be accurate. Also the people in the forum can help you in this regard but what matters the most is your personal interest.

You have to go for things personally, like using your own mind and skills you can make some findings about the trading and investing. Also you have to be independent in making your own decisions of what, when to buy and when to sell.

Well don’t worry this is not a big deal at all. You can simply google and can find a lot of information about the trading stuff from many sites. Also the crypto exchanges are very much helpful in this regard where you can easily find the exchange rates of the coins to fiat etc. the information may not be in your language but in English and it is not that tough to be understand. I hope it will be very much helpful for you. You can go for bitfinix, coinbase, bitstamp and many more.

You have to stay on this forum for getting that information for staring trade with cryptocurrencies as this forum is a bigger community of crypto users and they have good knowledge about bitcoin and on this forum in the section of speculation and trading section you will get a lot of knowledge that what will be the coming future of the coin and when to invest and when to get the profit.

you can find many contradicting predictions. most of the people /including me/ have often their own bias where the price should go.
its important to change opinion once we are proven wrong by market move, or it can become costly.
Even Warren Buffet an other big fish investors in the real world markets have to cut their losses time to time.

Just go to Altcoin Section (Speculation) as pointed out. But you have to filter out a lot of information because some of them are purely FUD and it is still up to you to make the final decision. You can also visit the Press Release thread. You will also find a lot of valuable information in there. You may also want yourself to get familiarize with this website: http://www.coinmarketcap.com. This website is very informative and it gives you a lot of information regarding trading. O course there is always our friend, the big "G" to help you out. I am just following daily trading volume in poloniex and important event through altcoin boards.
I am subscribing to few crypto currency based on the news magazines which are helpful to update any important events there. In beginning days I was into many sites but over time I concluded they are not helping me for generating trading calls.

For price updates, cryptocompare.com is pretty good.
If you are happy to give them your email, you get daily updates about news in Bitcoin and altcoins, and the prices for each.
The biggest news site for Bitcoin-related stuff is probably coindesk.com, although there are other good ones such as cointelegraph etc.

Exchanges such as Bittrex and Poloniex can be more useful than you think, often they have tools such as indicators and candlestick graphs.

Cool! I have a lot of ties to the Czech republic and I go there sometimes. "Czechia", that's annoying.

You probably won't find anything written in Czech, but you can the information site Coinmarketcap, exchange Bittrex, and check the announcements board for new coins.

For Bitcoin-fiat trading, try the exchange Bitstamp.
