Is there a site that describes the stat output meanings in cgminer? Some i have figured out on my own and others still mystify me

So diff 5.34 k / 64 is very bad then. i would need to have 39.6m or more at current litecoin diff, right? the 64 is the mining pool difficulty i take it to get paid for a share, right?
