Most crypto wallet that have exchange/swap functions offer such services through third parties which is the reason why there price are high but with exchange like instant exchange like bancor or payeer seems to offer a reasonable fee and if the fee is still huge for you to put up with p2p trading of looking for a buyer of the forum is the best option for you to use.

P.S. I would like to use a wallet base exchange not trading platform as they are so much expected to get hacked and or get there TOS change every now and then that give me useless anxieties 0.0
Most wallets, that am aware of, use third party services (like changelly and shapeshift) to exchange coins. So, using a wallet isn't any different from using an exchange.
Better use a p2p platform if you don't want to use a centralized trading platform.

You could try using bisq or the waves exchange. I think I paid a flat fee of 0.001 waves on their exchange (0.7 US cents) which sounds a lot cheaper than exodus?
