Wirex is quite safe and secure for buying Bitcoins with credit card. The rates are not the most favourable but that is the price you have to pay for convenience of buying Bitcoins with credit card. Although I'm not sure if Wirex is available for your country.
And I would not advice you to buy Bitcoin from individuals or not trusted services, the risk is too high.

There are a few people on localbitcoins that will accept credit card directly, but they probably will charge you a really high fee unless you yourself have a good reputation and long term presence (I guess you don't). Just choose credit card option and your country.

Otherwise, Western Union traders are also pretty decent in terms of fees (very close to real price), so that is one option if you're able to open a WU account online. Without verification you cans end about EUR 1000 (if I recall).

This are my recommendations for P2P just so you understand!

I prefer Luno. Luno allows users in Europe to purchase bitcoins with a credit card or debit card. They offer very low fees and it has been around for a long time. Plus, free deposits and low withdrawal fees!  Cool

If Dubai and other Saudi countries is what you meant by saying Middle East, you can check the list in the link below:
https://cryptoradar.co/buy-bitcoin/uae

Most of the listed services accept credit cards, try them at your own risk.

I have to agree with that. There is always a possibility that you will compromise your credit card so.your have to accept the risk to get more convenient way to buy Bitcoin.
I know some trustworthy services where it's possible to buy Bitcoin with credit card but unfortunately none of them isn't in.Middle East area.

I haven't used e-toro but I've read negative reviews about them regarding crypto trading so I think instead of using and purchasing crypto through them, use a dedicated crypto exchange.

That's kind of you but unfortunately I will not buy from people in this forum (unless they are well known for being fair, which you are not) but only from reputable third parties.
You really should deal only with reliable and trustworthy people that's why there's a trust system that you can check base on the trading history of the user that you are dealing with.

Check simplex.com they are partnered with many exchanges that process credit card purchases, many an exchange listed there will suit you and your location.

There is a good amount of sellers on ebay selling bitcoin, they get around ebays rules by selling it as a "mining contract".  Of course the rates are a lot higher but it can be used if you need btc badly and only have paypal or a credit card.

Hi everyone, I have already lost hope in purchasing BTC directly with credit card because apparently it's impossible if you are not American/European (I live in the Middle East if it's relevant).
Since you are from the Middle East, I expect that you can speak Arabic, I hope you will join us in this section: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=241.0
I am from the United Arab Emirates and I can summarize my experience in the following:

 - https://www.rain.bh/: It seems legal, I don't recommend it if you are in Saudi Arabia.
 - Bitoasis.net: I used it in the past but they have bad technical support.
 - Localbitcoin: It's best for North Africa, you can find a lot of users.

Where in middle east? (if it's fine with you)

I looked up exchanges that are based in the middle east and found https://www.rain.bh/ which is apparently already licensed

There's also https://bitoasis.net but the reviews I got are red flags
Beware of Bitoasis.net
Can I report BitOasis to DED?
https://www.bestbitcoinexchange.net/en/bitoasis-net/

I wasn't able to find anything about rain.bh but it could be bc I wasn't using the local language. I obviously haven't tried any of them so do your own research and look for more reviews, ask them about KYC, etc.. what I can do is limited anyway cause of the language barrier.

and they do support credit cards!

Hi everyone, I have already lost hope in purchasing BTC directly with credit card because apparently it's impossible if you are not American/European (I live in the Middle East if it's relevant).

I used to use WebMoney, bought WMZ and then trading them for BTC which was quite simple, but now they are giving me problems so I would like to use a different service.

I am looking to purchase a couple hundred dollars, nothing serious (already looked through sites like eToro that require 10000$ minimum, that's not for me).

Another thing is I would like minimum hassle with verification of all sorts, usually support can't handle the local language and I am required to pass the documents to a notary. However credit card/ID verification through passport/driving license/ID are fine (obviously would be better without them if possible), but proof of address and so on are problematic.

Can anyone recommend a service for this? Willing to pay up to 6-7% in fees total.

Please, services that will accept ME residents (i.e. not Skrill, Neteller,...) without problems.

Appreciate any advice.
