I might be biased since I work with them but Vertex.Market is definitely a place where youc an swap tokens. Currently a bit low volume since the final release is coming but if you look in next month, you will see over 1 million potential token swaps. it is peer to peer and basically anonymous. no KYY required unless you unload a truck of money ;-)
You can also use Bisq to exchange multiple pairs (mainly BTC though), the problem is there is not enough liquidity. I'm not sure about the custodial part though.
With Ethereum DEXs, you can also use DexIndex.io, a free open-source tool for searching Ethereum DEXs for the best token prices.
I would stay away from services like ShapeShift and Changelly just because of KYC. Atomic swaps exchanges could make crypto to crypto centralized exchanges obsolete in the future, there is Switch.network, Swap.online, and SparkSwap.com that are worth checking.
Does anyone have experience using or integrating noncustodial tokenswap applications? Which one is your favorite?
