I would wait a little more. Maybe check out Wirex, since they will still offer virtual cards and they announced they'll be back on track in the very near future. I think that we talk about weeks now.
The "bad news" on Wirex is that there's already a waiting list, but maybe you should register and stay in line, since it's free.
Maybe Wirex will be the first, maybe not. That's why I said that you need a little more patience. I expect that in the next 2 months most of the Bitcoin card services get back on business and then you'll be able to really chose.

I'm only aware of Coinsbank from the services that are still offering virtual cards (you can check this list, you may find more: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/list-of-bitcoin-debit-cards-1242788) , It's not available worldwide though.

I used advcash but they were under wavecrest...
-fast & easy validation, verified if possible in 24 hours
(no stool or semen sample required)
passport scan and utility bill only please
-bitcoin loading would be nice but is not a must
