As long as your private keys/recovery seed are secure and not just sitting in a text file on your computer or phone or somewhere digital then you're fine. No one can steal your coins just because you sent a transaction(unless if you sent your funds to a scammer). If you want high security of your coins, consider purchasing a hardware wallet like Ledger Nano S[1] and Trezor[2].
