I've used virwox before and it was really easy.  Just depends on your tolerance for fees and the exchange can also be a little unpredictable.

Virwox (high fees) + 48 hrs before confirming the transaction. I don't think any platform uses paypal to convert in bitcoins , because of the transaction reversal risk (21 days)

What's the best way to convert my $150 Paypal to BTC. I figured out most of the traders here don't accept Paypal as payment so I though buying an Amazon or eBay gift card for someone and then sell it for BTC, what do you think?

There is some exchange website like Virwox but the Fees are pretty high and they don't accept Unverified Paypal accounts as far as I know .
If you ask me , I would recommend you to try toe "Currency Section" here on bitcointalk but most of people will insist on using an Escrow or not going first since you don't have any real trust history on the forums . If you don't find anyone at al l.. Simply buy Amazon gift cards as you said and sell them on "Digital goods" section much easier . Good luck mate

I've used https://www.weselldoges.com/ a few times. Here you buy Doge with Paypal and after that you could convert your Doge to BTC.

The only way I have found is to exchange with trusted users as buying Amazon gift cards and selling it via BTC is tough as here people expect you to see a voucher at 60-70% of the actual rate or even less. Online exchange websites as well are risky.

Have you tried Virwox to buy bitcoin with your Paypal? Be warned that you are going for a high fee there.
How high? Can this be done with an unverified PP?
