it depends. buy it from those ppl who want to sell in high price and you buy it then sell it in a higher price. but it has risk cause BTC is speculation.
I suggest go to https://weselldoges.com/ and buy amount of usd You want to Spend ,Buy the dogecoin and go to bittrex or other popular exchange and Trade the dogecoin for bitcoin

I'm on bitcoin market and I bought one the other day. Easy transaction but now the BTC: Paypal is just retarded at nearly $24/BTC. A). why is that and B). what are some other (better?) options?
