Hello guys, there is a good friend of mine who recently migrated to Germany for his Master class. He wants to start trading of bitcoin, I want some recommendations on the best way to buy and sell bitcoin in Germany. I don't know if Binance supports Euro deposit and withdrawal through debit card. Please, I don't want localbitcoin.

Your accurate recommendation will be welcome. Thanks.
I dont support localbitcoin either and binance does suport the buying of bitcoin with credit/debit card but since anonymity is not a concern for your friend. I will advise him to make use one of the bitcoin ATM in Germany which he will find one on here.
I favor using Binance because they support buying crypto with a visa now. But if that ATM is near the OP place that might be a good choice but the rate on ATM is not that updated, Just like here in my country, there is a quite difference in price. If you don't mind KYC and stuff just try Binance very convenient no need to go outside.

I been using localbitcoins from 3 different countries and all is smooth.
edit: blockchain.com has it's own exchange besides wallet I also use it.
But the author of this thread have already stated that he dont localbitcoin due to previous experienc, i guess and the best option for him is to make use of binance, Kraken, Bitwala or the local bitcoin ATM there which can be easily locatex through the site link provided previous by some users.

I think he/she is asking how can he buy or sell Bitcoin just. Otherwise he can always reach Binance, Blockchain or any other exchanges already?

For example, Is there any Bitcoin ATM in Germany? It may help him.

If your friend wanted to day trade(which I highly suggest against) and is fine with submitting KYC information, the best would probably be Coinbase Pro[1] or Kraken[2]. They seem to be the best in terms of security; but of course, I'd suggest against storing significant amounts of money on exchanges.

For long term trading/holding though, I'd suggest non-custodial exchanges like Bisq[3].

It can be a lot of good advice through this. However, I think that exchanges can support direct debit cards and get more benefits. I myself use Binance not to know about any other good exchange.

As a second option, I would single out Bitstamp in my opinion, just because it is an EU company that has been in business for many years and has a solid reputation.

I've been using Bitstamp for quite some time now and I can also recommend it.
I don't remember their KYC procedure, which is good: it means it went smoothly, I didn't have problems with it.

Your friend can try Binance Jersey which is supporting EUR deposits/withdraw with 0% fee until 30/06/2020. As a second option, I would single out Bitstamp in my opinion, just because it is an EU company that has been in business for many years and has a solid reputation. What may favor Binance is the allegedly very fast KYC procedure, unlike some other exchanges.

Yes, they have it's named The Pit.

https://exchange.blockchain.com/trade

And they are supporting both USD and EUR but they have limited it to "Gold level" users only.

@Leonardo7 I don’t recommend exchanges because they’re prone to hacks, and governments can always put restrictions on exchanges hence I would advise your friend to avoid exchanges. I would instead advise him to make a account out here, and head to this section https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0 there’re many reputable buyers and sellers out there. If he’s not sure on whom he can trust then you can always ask him to use an escrow, and also ask him to create an Electrum wallet as it’ll help him for receiving and sending bitcoins.

The best way you can get is to buy from coinbase or any other websites that are legit. For example, local bitcoins too if you can find sellers near you that is one of the best ways to buy bitcoin from everywhere in the world. Or you can look for bitcoin ATMs there (https://coinatmradar.com/country/80/bitcoin-atm-germany/) for reference from where it can be located.

You may try to use localbitcoin and also there are some exchange that can accessed in different countries and acceptd debit/credit deposit or USD/EURO and you may convert it in bitcoin, this could be the best way I am thinking that you may use to buy bitcoins there. Try binance, yobit or kucoin , I think they have that thing that I am saying, but you need to use KYC.

in my opinion if to buy and sell bitcoin in Germany it is better to use Bitwala especially now because Bitwala has launched the bitcoin smartphone bank application on android and ios to make it easier for bitcoin traders, and with Bitwala you can easily integrate your daily banking both in bitcoin or euro. If you are interested, just visit the Bitwala.com site

Almost in every country localbitcoins have got the accessibility. It is very simple and easier than finding other services. Op can suggest localbitcoins to his friend. The important thing we can see with localbitcoins is the choice of traders available. Every trader will have trust rating which gives us the convenience of choosing the right trader for our needs.

I think Germany has no crypto-related problems, so your friends can trade with any exchange, there are many exchanges that are popular and have a good reputation, moreover German banks will soon be able to sell crypto, so you don't need to worry if you want to turn bitcoin into fiat money, a little information : https://www.theblockcrypto.com/linked/48738/with-parliament-approval-german-banks-to-sell-and-custody-crypto-in-2020?utm_source=cryptopanic&utm_medium=rss
