You should register for an account on Coinbase and you'll be able to buy bitcoins, ethereums, litecoin, bitcoincash on Coinbase immediately. I don't think they have a one week waiting period anymore but your limits might be kind of low.
Question for all of you experts out there: which is the best way to buy BTC straight with fiat? I know of a couple of options but all of them force me to create a account (give away my personal info, which I don't want to) and on top of that I have to wait a ton of time for my account to be verified, which, of course, sucks! Any suggestions?
