coinbase is not a true exchange, they are more concerned about the bitcoin payment application field.

Search on this forum, there are people currently buying huge amounts of BTC and they're offering to buy using bank transfers, WU, Money gram, Paypal etc. Deal using an escrow and I am sure you'll be able to sell your bitcoins fairly easily.

Hi there. What, in your opinion, is the safest way of trading your Bitcoins into USD? I know about Coinbase but I am a non-US citizen. I have heard about localbitcoins.com, but saw some members posting warnings about possible PayPal transaction reversing by dishonest traders.
I'd also like to ask if anyone has any experience-yet-with CRYPTSY's USD markets and if they are worth consideration.
Thanks!
