What's the best way to exchange btc for fiat on exchanges for trading purposes? And which exchanges do that?
Excluding local bitcoins. Thanks.

Where do you live? i'm currently using kraken to buy/sell, if you're in the US then use gemini or coinbase. here's(https://bitcoin.org/en/exchanges) the full list of exchanges.

All exchanges do that as far as I know. I use cex and it is good for me. They exchange btc for fiat (usd;eur;gbp) or other cryptocurrencies (eth;bch). And it's quite easy to use as well. But they still ask for verification.

You can check out this review: https://99bitcoins.com/best-bitcoin-exchanges-comparison-review/ there explain about pros and cons.

Yobit is Chinese or Russian owned site? Do they ask for a lot of ID verification to do the btc to usd currency (fiat) exchange?

Yobit registered in Russia.
In their FAQ page, there's no need to upload your ID. https://yobit.net/en/faq/
got curios since they don't need any id verification is it safe to withdraw in usd? how long it will take haven't tried dealing with any exchange with usd
so while btc is really falling I'm thinking to try this one, thanks for this info mate.

Actually I never use them, I don't really like yobit in first sight, especially they interface which load too much motion(js for market list) in every page you load.

Better to research first before make a transaction.

I use yobit and it has the option to exchange btc to usd and also we can withdraw the usd to one of the following, Payeer, Perfectmoney, Okpay and Capitalist. It will directly come to our account so no worries about that . They charge 1% transaction fee for payeer,  3% for Perfectmoney and Okpay and 5% for Capitalist.
I think you should mention the currency when you say the word fiat because for me its INR although i prefer to take in USD. The exchange i am talking about is yobit.net and i am sure there are other exchanges as well which offer these kind of services.

You may notice the deposit fees on localbitcoin to deposit the bitcoin in the account. Apart from that you can use polenix and kraken to exchange your bitcoin for fiat and bank exchanges. Preference you can choose that according to the availablity in your country.
