I have not used this simpleswap site to exchange token to coin but I have used Centralized exchanges but from what Bitcoin_Arena presented here and when I checked the links he provided they are good and look legit so I also recommend them to you op. You can use them to make the swapping but the if is difficult to use and the token is listed in binance and any other exchange platform then you can use the exchange to make the swapping. All what you have to do is to send the token from the Trezor to the exchange and do the transaction and as you asked, yes you can do that. Just send it and that is all.
